This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

Raymond Lee was my salesperson and did not discourage me from going with what I wanted and even came up with back up plans just in case. All while keeping my desired features in mind. Even when I grew frustrated he didn’t. He remained patient and friendly. I got what I wanted at terms I agreed with and I LOVE my car! Lonnie Sherry was the fastest, most honest and kindest finance person I ever met! Mike Pascarelli the manager even personally came over to answer my questions. Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

What a wonderful experience I had at this location. I highly reccomend everyone to go to this Acura. The patience and professionalism are unmatched. What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. This is my third Acura in a row, and I know when it's time for the next one, I'll drive the extra miles to deal with this awesome dealership !! Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos the superhero !! This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

The MDX was perfect for mom! The 3rd row seat mas perfect for taking the whole crew! We never had expenses other than oil changes and normal maintenance!

Bought it for wife's 50th in 2015. Low miles city runs, once to California and back. Smooth ride, excellent road handling and comfortable seats, drove non stop 14 hrs except gas and pit stops

This was the "best" experience I ever had buying a car!!! From the start I felt taken care of. Les the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He even offered to pick me up from the bus stop if needed. After the sale I had some minor concerns with the vehicle. He made sure all was checked out and fixed. I'm at 150K miles, bought this car used and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, reliable SUV. I change the oil every 2,500-3,000 miles, that is just a quirk with these cars. I took off a star for comfort because I absolutely hate the headrests! A small thing to be sure, but I don't like how far forward they lean, and they only adjust up or down.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.
