We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

I live 100 miles away. Mike was so awesome to work with through texting and figuring out payments. Definitely will be looking forward to doing business with him. Unfortunately, we decided not to buy at this time due to unfortunate circumstances. But when we do, we will be asking for Mike!

I'm at 150K miles, bought this car used and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, reliable SUV. I change the oil every 2,500-3,000 miles, that is just a quirk with these cars. I took off a star for comfort because I absolutely hate the headrests! A small thing to be sure, but I don't like how far forward they lean, and they only adjust up or down.

The recent remodel of the store has received accolades from other brands in the marketplace. The staff is a revolving door. However, I had the pleasure of working with Ben O. his attention to detail, professional manner and overall customer service is an asset to the dealership. His previous experience with Criswell Acura of Annapolis provided a comfort level with trust and integrity not often found in this industry!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

Joshua Mentzer is the real deal. From the minute my daughter and I showed up to test drive a used VW Jetta, Josh treated us as though we were there to purchase the top-of-the-line Benz. He took us on an extensive test drive, that thoroughly put the Jetta through its paces. He made us feel as though we were on a Sunday drive with the family. He talked my daughter through the features, demonstrated how to use them, spoke to my daughter and not just me (this is rare, kudos to you Josh), and answered all our questions. We placed a down payment and came back the next day after transferring money in the bank. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance did not kick in until the day after and it was then that Josh elevated his service to the gold medal round. He offered to deliver the car to my daughter the next day. We live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. I challenge anyone to beat the service that Josh represents. This is a real testimony to this Mercedes Benz dealership. I will definitely check out MB of Lancaster when I am looking for my next car and will be asking for Josh. I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

This is hand down the best dealership experience I have ever had. Diane, Tony, and Derrell were the A-team. They were friendly, patient, did not pressure you in any way, worked with me, annd... they actually seemed give a crap about me. I left with a big smile.

Overall I am completely satisfied. One item is leg room for driver. I am 6'1" and legs cannot be completely stretched. Lots of Electronics. a little challenging for baby boomers

We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. First their webpage, had great pictures and info on vehicle we were looking for, and at a fair price. We sent offer sheet and it was responded to right away, in a professional and friendly manor (no pressure) We met our salesperson Andre, friendly greeting, had Trax right in front cleaned up and ready for us to look at. After our test drive, Trax basically sold itself, we were pleasantly surprised, handling, features,and space in a smaller package. So next was just to finalize our deal, this is where Andre and Klick Lewis truly shined worked to get us the best financial rate (better than our pre-approval). We were right on budget, and had an additional warranty that we did not expect to have. I have bought many vehicles in my lie some new and some used. This is the 1st time i truly felt good about a purchase, no second guessing or buyers remorse. We left feeling like everyone made out well, our sales person, Klick Lewis, and of course us we went home in a great car, for fair price, and a new friend/business that we look forward to working with. My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

The car is very well made with a lot of features. Acura did not cheapen up with this car. I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this car. I have had 2 other Acuras before and they are highly reliable.
