Used 2024 Acura RDX Base for sale near Black Hammock, FL

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

They worked with me from a different city! Only one to do that. Will shop again. And also love the Maverick. Thumbs up and done.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Diana provided excellent service when we were buying our new CRV Hybrid. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She promised to find the exact vehicle we were looking for and found it much sooner than we expected. She always answered all of our questions very thoroughly. I setup an appointment, the vehicle was pulled up next to the building and was ready to test drive. The salesman was very courteous, applied no pressure for me to decide, and made phone calls to verify questions I had concerning the vehicle's options. The sales manager provided a quick trade-in value that matched my own research. The buying process took quite some time but that seems to be normal now. The representative was very helpful, polite, he explained what work would required, and the cost of the required maintenance was within what i expected.
