An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Robert gave me great service, and didn't keep me waiting. I would go back again. Clear communication, clean facilities, friendly staff. You can trust them with your vehicle.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Secured an offer, caught the Amtrak from Fresno Ca to Stockton and purchased the vehicle. Was in and out within an hour. Other dealership in my area didn't want to give me a good deal, though I'm not asking for a steal I just wanted a better deal on a new vehicle and Stockton Acura took care of me. Would recommend Acura of Stockton to anyone who ready to purchase.

We were looking on the internet for a GMC ACADIA. SAW SEVERAL. NEVER CONTACTED SALESMAN. We located one in town.

The service was done in a timely manner. The service representatives were friendly and professional. Their oil change is cheaper than where i normally go in my hometown.

I had already leased an Infiniti car, and I had to return it next month, so I went to a dealership. The Infinity Manager was helpful, and the dealership staff also helped. I received a response immediately after inquiring about the vehicle advertised. I requested pictures and the dealership sales person forwarded them quickly. I truly believe that this dealership has built a strong customer service culture. All other dealerships seem to fail at some level during the inquiring process. Apple Tree Honda isn't about just selling a car, but to build transparency and trust with their customers. I salute their upper management on building a culture that other dealerships should follow.

Communicated via email. Got a quick response. Needed specific information on a SUV and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. I took too long to decide, the vehicle sold before I decided to buy it. I would have definitely purchased here.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

My husband and I just had one of the best online car buying experiences ever! Liz & Ramy at Joe Rizza Acura are truly amazing!
