Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Easy going, no stress transaction. Price listed was the price. Test drove at 10:45, left dealership by 1:30 with my new ride. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Kevin as well as the sales and finance team in Auto Nation Acura, South Bay. All pleasant and professional. Highly recommend for fair pricing, excellent service. This is my 3rd Acura.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.
