Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.

Diana Sofia from Metro Acura was very helpful and informative. When ever I service my car I always make sure she’s my service advisor.

Appointment is easy to make and the service is good but a little bit pricey.

My previous car was totaled in an accident. After trying several small SUVs, decided on the current version RDX. Ended up flying to Cerritos Acura and driving back to SF Bay Area because the vehicle I wanted was priced much lower than similar car locally. I was also treated very well.
