It is always a pleasure to wait at Courtesy Acura while my car is being repaired. There a several waiting rooms so I was able to go to a quite one with a TV so I could read. The coffee is outstanding. They said it would take 2 hours & it took exactly 2 hours.

When I was ready for a new car this year, I went back to Courtesy Acura and bought an Acura MDX. Jordan Guevara was wonderful and he worked within my budget to get me the car I wanted. We purchased our used Honda Pilot several years ago from Courtesy Acura?.purchase process was smooth and fair?..we continue to drive 20+ miles for the excellent service department. The service writers are very clear with what is happening, the waiting room is very nice , BUT what I LOVE most?.they will pay for an uber ride home and back if needed (and they leave a water bottle and York Peppermint patty in your car when service is complete?.its the little things!)

My service was very professionally handled from the check in to the inspection of my vehicle and the service of my vehicle. This service center is clean, friendly and inviting. I waited for my vehicle and the lounge was very well kept and stocked for complementary drinks.

Was just coming to LOOK AT a used CRV and not buy. Valarie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable as she told us about the car and all its features. Then she took us on a test drive. That’s when the car sold itself. The price was about what I thought it should be with the low mileage and all the features. Trade in was what I thought it would be also. Financial guy was great too. I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online.
