I thought i felt a decrease in the brake performance of my 2020 Acura TLX V6 with the technology package. The car has 51K miles, so I figured it was time to get the brakes replaced. I scheduled it for service and took the vehicle to Acura of Laurel. The technician tested the vehicle and gave me the analysis - the brakes are fine and the pads are still good and recommended that I not replace them at this time. I appreciated the honest feedback, as they could have easily gone ahead and replaced the brakes. When it's time to get them done I will be headed back to Acura of Laurel.

The experience was great diagnosis the problem quickly fix it in decent amount for time and I was on my way.

The service was only an A17 (oil change and break fluid replenish) but the service writer answered my questions and the service was completed 30 minutes earlier than expected. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Very happy with the process, Overall took 2 hours to leave with a car. Very straightforward. Cool & calm staffing. Was helped my Nikkia from Rosenthal Acura & can say I am very delighted with the experience. 10/10. She maintained communication from say 1 of me reaching out about interest in the car & its specs. Service advisor Gage has very prompt response times & ensures that issues and or maintenance are resolved in a more than timely manner. I’ve utilized this dealership for maintenance as well as installation of accessories- never an issue! Highly recommend this dealership.

We were disappointed the car was not washed at this service or at a recent service. We have enjoyed a clean car in the past. We have been Acura owners for 30+ years at this dealership. It?s disappointing this new company has not continued this very much appreciated service.
