Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked with me to accomplish what I set out to do - trade old truck for newer truck. Price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but it was a very reasonable price for the condition of the truck.

Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. Tom in finance worked hard, and overtime, to make sure that all of my paperwork and financing was all set to finalize the sale! I also need to give a shout out to Keith who manages the service department! Him and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend Acura of Berlin!

Cant say enough about all the sales personnel at FredAnderson acura. They were extremely patient and understanding in my dealing with insurance/banking contacts. Should not have taken so long. My sales professional, Keith Hamilton, was extremely helpful providing information about the car and paperwork needed to transfer insurance, title, and trade in. I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation Acura, mainly because of the service department. They take very good care of me, being a woman, I really appreciate them treating me equal. When I tell them about a noise, they stay with it until they hear it, then fixes it. Mario and Matthew are always so very respectful. They always make me feel home while I?m there, send a video of the mechanic working on my car, and telling me exactly what is being done, and what needs to be done soon.
