Just answered all my questions with enthusiasm and honesty. I was looking for a great car buying experience and Matthew was able to give that. Wouldn’t ask for a better way to purchase a car.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Alton has always been my service representative and he maintains a very professional customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles too! He works with my technician and keeps me informed about everything and has even advised me on some key services for future appointments. My car runs great and even though it?s been years the engine is still so very quiet. They work hard on achieving great results and communication with each customer. I?d definitely buy Acura again.

I would like to write a review about the outstanding job that Carl Dietrich did in selling me my 2022 Subaru Outback TRX. This is the third car that I have purchased from Carl over the years and I have never been disappointed in his advice and help. He is very patient and is an expert in what he knows about all Subarus. He makes sure the purchaser understands all features of the car and even goes out with you to the car to demonstrate the technical aspects. Carl is capable of dealing with all kinds of people and was very patient with my attempts at ‘hard bargaining’. Hendricks is very lucky to have him and I know you appreciate him also. I had a great experience purchasing my new car through Acure, I usually HATE having to purchase a car through a dealership due to the hassle time and pressure I felt but dealing with Jay Kraus the process was very easy, they gave me a fair price for my trade, searched for any and every discount I was eligible for and I did not feel pressured in any way. Jay Krauss was a wonderful guy to work with, he took his time to go over ever detail of my new RDX and even when I had trouble when I got home he was there to help my husband figure it out, and even followed up with us after a few times, so if you are looking for a new or used car and heading into acura of omaha ask for Jay Kraus he will make your experience as pleasant as possible!
