Using their online booking system, I scheduled a test drive overnight and was promptly greeted by a text message from a human representative, confirming the car would be ready. Upon my arrival, Christina made instant introductions to Ty and Jaime, no bots insight. The entire team exuded genuine personality, devoid of any aggressive sales tactics. I was making a casual online "window shopping" of potential next cars and this place was one of several I looked at. Mainly I was simply searching the inventories of places that had vehicles I am interested in making my next means of transportation. I must say that 90% of my experiences lately with dealership sales personnel is far more akin to harassment, than a hoped for low key potential car purchase. WESTCHESTER ACURA IS NOT THAT AT ALL! I had a sane, friendly chat with a very nice woman, who actually listened to me and never coming close to insulting my intelligence, which is saying A LOT since I have been almost completely turned off by the VERY AGGRESSIVE SALES PITCH MOST PLACES USE THESE DAYS. In fact, I do not mind mentioning that another place I actually visited, CENTRAL AVENUE HYUNDAI to check out a 2008 Acura TL they had, BY FAR WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A POTENTIAL CAR PURCHASE. WESTCHESTER ACURA IS THE POLAR OPPOSITE OF THAT PLACE, as they are staffed my true professionals, intelligent, mindful, pleasant and understanding. When I am ready to seriously buy, WESCHESTER ACURA IS AT THE TOP OF MY LIST OF DEALERSHIPS TO VISIT! That other place I mentioned? I WILL NEVER, EVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND HAVE PUT THEM ON A BLOCK ON MY PHONE AS WELL!

Mr. Furman Byrd Is it very cool helpful experience salesman at Curry Acura He makes everything seems so easy. I was nervous when I went to the dealership but Mr. Byrd cool experience ways calm me down quickly and let everything seem as 1.2.3.He shows and tells me everything about the car.
