We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. Jarratt took every text and call with no annoyance. They sent me the credit application and went with the bank of my choice. When I got there they had my car and paperwork ready. Was a good experience, an hour wait time for an oil change and I got there early. The facility was adequate but not luxurious. Had some free water and coffee. Small waiting area. The staff were friendly.
