The salesman I worked with, David, was very pleasant to work with. A concern I have is that buying the car was a long process of waiting for papers to be signed. I was there about 3 1/2 hours.

Our salesman Nate did a great job explaining everything very thoroughly from the moment we started looking at a TLX until the time we started working through the numbers. I finally found a dealership with honest service people. There was a brake issue that was causing noise, but not something that actually had to be repaired in terms of safety or efficacy of the brakes. They were honest with me about it and agreed to keep an eye on it rather than talk me into an expensive and unnecessary repair. It?s been hard to find a mechanic you can trust.
