Our experience was very unique. I started inquiring about the car through the internet. I received a call from Gary Hilton, who is the nicest person you will ever meet. During the process, my wife’s father became very ILL and ultimately passed away. Gary went out of his way to help us. We live over 75 miles away and Gary delivered the car to us. He was professional, showed a very caring side and even prayed with us. BTW, that is a first for me, but really can’t say enough about Gary and Lindsay Acura. The car is great and experience was five star perfect.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Lindsay Acura and working with Tabitha Browning for discussing options for our second vehicle lease with them. We were not disappointed with anything during the process. We even ended up in a very good situation with the trade-in value of the vehicle that we were turning in because Lindsay had reached out to us well in advance of it being time to turn in our old vehicle. This allowed us to take advantage of savings. In all of our years of buying or leasing cars, Lindsay stands out as the smoothest and best experience to date. No one ever really wants to take the car in for service, but Acura Columbus makes it so easy, so convenient, and they are excellent at communication. I love the video diagnostic of my car each time, and this time they picked my car up and dropped it back off at my home, washed and all tuned up! I never feel upcharged and always leave with a smile. I wish all businesses took this good care of their customers.

Todd and Terry do a great job in the service department. They both kept me up to date on the progress of the oil change and brake service as well as bringing my car back to me at work. Highly recommend!
