I purchased a car on Friday 8/12/2016 and engine light came on on Saturday 8/13/2016 and the air conditioner stopped working on Sunday 8/14/2016. At today's visit, I had the opportunity to have a very pleasant interaction with their sales department too, as I'm considering the purchase of an additional Acura from them as well. I purchased a 2021 RDX from Davis Acura. My sales rep was Glenn. My questions were handled by a pro. The test drive was thorough and pressure free. Glenn went over the safety features with me and made sure the car was had surpassed "Davis" quality before delivery. I would work with Glenn and the rest of the team again.

I was very pleased with my service. My transmission went out and needed to be replaced. Ryan was very courteous and explained the process. He was able to get me a loaner on short notice and kept me updated regarding the status of my vehicle. Always have been treated well at Elite Acura and will continue to recommend this dealership.
