After getting little response and no real help from John Eagle?where I purchased my RDX?I brought the car to Antonio at Sterling McCall. He was responsive, took the issue seriously, and even reached out to the Acura district rep on my behalf. Thanks to his efforts, Acura agreed to split the cost of a sunroof repair that John Eagle had previously left unresolved. I?m very satisfied with the service at Sterling McCall and plan to return when it?s time for my next vehicle.

He went out on a test drive with my daughter and me and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He did not apply any sales pressure but instead made me feel comfortable while discussing the price of the vehicle.
