I purchased a car on Friday 8/12/2016 and engine light came on on Saturday 8/13/2016 and the air conditioner stopped working on Sunday 8/14/2016. Rob the used car sales manager sent a driver 2 hours away to pick up my car and left me with a loaner. How is that for customer service? Thanks Rob Moffa!!

Salesman was polite and friendly through out the whole process and not pushing or rude. He worked diligently to ensure we got the best deal possible and that he listened to our needs and reached our offer, since the car was slightly overpriced to start, to make sure we'd get want we wanted. Stayed in constant contact with us through the whole process, even after we drove home from the test drive without a purchase, to ensure we'd come to a deal and we'd end up with the car we wanted. Returned 2 days later and made the deal for a great used car, and at the exact price I was looking for, which was just perfect! Happy with how we were treated by everyone there, starting with our salesman, Mark S., and would happily do business there again in the future as well as recommend to others.

Friendly and efficient interactions with salesman and financial manager. They answered all questions and worked very hard to satisfy the buyer's needs.

I came to the dealership with not so good credit hoping to get a car. I was introduced to Kevin Lee who is a salesman there and he walked me through what would be the best way to handle and make the deal go through. And with ease I was approved and left with the car I came there for. He told me he has been doing this for 31 years and it shows! I couldn't be more happier with the service he provided me. If you purchase a vehicle do not accept financing from citadel fcu they are the worse you can use for financing!

They just seem like they are knowledable of the whole process. And weren't.forcing themselves on us to buy the product. They know it's a big decision and only want to help.
