Used Acura RDX A-Spec Advance Package for sale near Bayville, NY

I had an excellent experience in leasing my first Acura RDX 2021 with the help and assistance of Mohammed Farooq as our consultant and dealer. I thought i’m not gonna get my car due to some issues of negotiations. However, Mohammed’s expertise, patience and perseverance helps significantly to facilitate the whole process and experience becomes a great one. Thank you so much.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Treated like family in a very stressful time when making a purchase of a new truck!! So many questions but with out Wayne and Chris, the process would never have come to a completion! We bought the truck. These 2 employees spent a lot of time answering all our questions and trying to get financing into an understandable format for the family! We will comeback in the spring to look again at upgrading our car....and Wayne and Chris will be the new car sales personnel we will look forward to working with again....and again! Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Honesty and excellent customer service. Worked hard to attract me back through negotiations which I appreciated. Would definitely buy a car here again.

The Salesman named DENIS of Acura is a very proffesional, compassionate and hardworking persons who is a tremendous assets to Paragon Acura. He is very attentive and listens to our bad experienced to the previous sales representatives ( Jaeson) to whom we purchased a Pre-owned Acura MDX 2020 in lieu of our brand new Honda Pilot that we had trade in. So many false rhetorics that makes us so frustrated with the deals. We were able to get rid of our Acura and trade it in with a brand new 2023 Honda Odyssey with the big help of Denis. Had an excellent buying experience at Curry Acura. The sales associate Stephen Neubauer was extremely attentive and made the buying process seamless. Dimitry Davidoff, from the finance department was was also very attentive and knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable finalizing the deal.

I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

I had a 11:30 appointment with Caroline . When I got there she was very professional and had the car ready that I wanted to see. We took it out for a test drive. When we got back we started to talk peice . She was very helpful with working out a price with the manager I got the deal I wanted and they delivered the car to me the nexted day

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Our second Acura dealership is absolutely amazing bought the car for my wife she loves the new TLX is she said even if she didn't like the TLX that much you would have bought it just because of the service department the friendly treatment a tank time to explain things finance manager faith and sales man will are great easy to deal with

I never thought I'd say this about buying a vehicle but dealing with Island Acura and all the people in there was an absolutely wonderful experience. They gave us all the information that we wanted about the MDX Did not rush us and spent the time to tell us all the information we wanted. Surprisingly all the bad things you think about a typical car salesman they weren't. They were not overly pushy did not demand a deposit before giving us all the information we wanted. If they would've demanded a deposit, I would've walked right out. Yes, they asked for deposit. They definitely tried to sell us the vehicle, but they didn't play any games even with pricing. Yes, I did leave after the first visit because I told them I wanted to think it over. It is a pricey purchase. But the first thing I said to my son when we got back the car is, I would love to give this dealership the Buisness because they were so nice and gave us all the information we wanted and they didn't make it a horrible experience. I did purchase the MDX advance, and I love it, but one of the main things that swayed me over to that vehicle was the staff in the dealership. Tony Di Giovanni, Chris the financial advisor, Matt the delivery coordinator, Joe, Paul the salesman and others made me feel like I was buying the car from a family member that I could trust. I appreciated the fact that Tony the manager looked over the sale from beginning to end, especially because when we went back the second time without an appointment, our original salesman was not there so Tony helped us out and basically sold us the vehicle. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. It would be an absolute dream if the service department is as wonderful as the sales department. I have not yet had any dealings with the service department, but I'm sure they are just as wonderful. I have never written a review, but I felt I had to this time because everything was so wonderful.

Acura makes it so easy to buy a used car. They have many cars coming off 3 year lease at half the cost. The sales department is not pushy and allows you to shop without having people being pushy. They price cars under KBB value and offer great deals on extended warrantees.
