My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Very friendly ?my only concern was the long wait but other than that they have excellent service . While waiting they have coffee and muffins. I can recommend to my friends .

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Brought our Camaro in for no cold air. Yazmine was great. She communicated when repairs didn?t meet deadline and followed up daily afterwards. Very professional. I?ll definitely use repair services there again, though I hope not to have to. Now our Camaro A/C temp is lower than my bank account. But hey, money well spent.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

Wonderful and very safe car. This is our third RDX so we are more than pleased with about everything this car offers. It is so easy to drive, very comfortable, uses regular gas and looks nice too.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

I went for a 2019 Camry, called while driving, Beau Falk got the car ready, cleaned , tank full, paper work ready. Best experience I had buying a car.

Love this car. Great performance and reliability. I love that the mag wheels don’t collect break dust and always look clean. I hate the stop start function and turn it off every time I drive the car

02/20/2023 We are Lexus Lovers, I called the dealership to Team Gillman Acura North, and we (my husband and my adult son Wesley went to see the car after I made an appointment with the nicest salesman named Nicholas,(Nick) because we had found a Lexus my son liked and it was still there. The salesman Nick was so polite and courteous, and knowledgeable. We were there to trade an older Lexus for the newer Lexus we saw in the ad, we were pleased to have a caring salesperson and all the staff that was so friendly and caring that we felt like we were dealing with family. I loved Nick as he shared photos of his beautiful wife and small child and then he introduced us to Eduardo, the head of finance, and I just loved both of them so much I had to hug them, I'm a southern lady, I never meet a stranger, these people were all there to help my son trade his Lexus and buy another Lexus that he decided he wanted. We were so happy that these two men worked so hard to make sure that my son made the purchase and the trade was successful and they got Marco another nice man to close the deal exactly as we all agreed. We will do business with these nice people again! P.S. My son did have to bring the car back in for service the next day, and we are still dealing with that, but we are believing the service people will do excellent work on it, which is why I still gave a 5-star rating. May God, The Holy Spirit bless all the men that were so kind and helpful to us, and I ask The Lord to help the servicemen do an excellent job on Wesley's newer Lexus car that he purchased. Love Ya! David Palmer was a great service advisor that kept keeping me updated of repairs and continuous apologies for longer than usual wait! Sterling Mccall Acura is the best and had no issues getting warranty covered repair!

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise

So far so good! I have a few very small issues but otherwise this dealership is amazing!! I recommend this dealership especially if you are credit challenged. They will get you into a car. This place is very thorough! I pick my car up in 10 days and I can’t wait, I’m so excited!! It’s being serviced to fix a couple small issues and Kohan is a delight to work with, keeping me updated on everything! Actually the whole team is amazing!!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about them, they really work hard and go to bat for you!

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Great experience with Antonio. He explained everything to at needed to be done and had everything completed before the estimated timeframe. He?s always very helpful and very nice.

Very pleased with tho experience getting my maintenance completed. I was greeted upon arrival. Given an estimate. Provided me a ride to and from work. Everything was very professional.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Project was a great service tech. He attended to all of my needs, and I left out of this location feeling very taken care of and happy.
