Hopefully, something can be done to make it an easier day.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

Alexis was the most easiest sales person I?ve ever had to work with. She knew her inventory, information about the truck, and how her dealership worked. She didn?t try to sale us on any other vehicles. She knew we were there for one thing and that was to purchase an F-150. This dealership gives you bonus. They added letter detailing, window tint and sprayed on bed liner to their trucks. And you were lucky if other dealerships had the bed liner and nothing else. Alexis stayed way over her time to get off that night just to make sure we were all set with the new truck. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Alexis and this dealership. Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Christian was very attentive to our needs and kept in constant contact. Chad in finance explained everything clearly and was not pushy at all. Valerie is the best in service and always takes great care of both Hondas.

I just bought the car one day ago. So I can't really tell you about reliability over time. I will say this: this car is the beautifully styled, very classy. It provides comfort like no car that I owned before. It's almost like floating. I have get used to all the bells and whistles. There's a lot of them. I'm happy with my purchase.

My husband has been looking to drive a Lincoln for a long time, my Explorer was almost out of warranty so we decided to see Parks. This is a beautiful Lincoln dealership with professional and friendly staff. You are greeted at the door and made to feel at home. We were fortunate enough to connect with Fred Fulbright and he is exceptional. Because I didn’t know what to expect, even after research, I wanted to look at different styles. Fred was incredible and patient. He brought out 3 different vehicles and let me drive each. The luxury is unbelievable and I had a very hard decision to make. There is no pressure, he took his time, explained all the differences and similarities, it didn’t bother him that it took me a while to decide. An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..
