Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

The Salesman named DENIS of Acura is a very proffesional, compassionate and hardworking persons who is a tremendous assets to Paragon Acura. He is very attentive and listens to our bad experienced to the previous sales representatives ( Jaeson) to whom we purchased a Pre-owned Acura MDX 2020 in lieu of our brand new Honda Pilot that we had trade in. So many false rhetorics that makes us so frustrated with the deals. We were able to get rid of our Acura and trade it in with a brand new 2023 Honda Odyssey with the big help of Denis. He is such an excellent guy who help us up all the way together with his Finance Manager and staff Isaiah Guadalupe. I and my wife is so grateful for your exemplary personnel. I love my 2012 ACURA RDX but I wrecked by hitting a truck in the back. My car has not stayed the same. I had to buy a new compressor & for fixing it. Nothing works in my car no heater, can’t charge my phone in my car, my gas gauge doesn’t work. I have been to ACURA but all they fixed was the compressor! I am kind of upset! I loved my car and recently just starting shutting off by itself and scared to drive it on the freeway. My gosh they are expensive to fix! I wish mine was working the way it was.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Sale associate was nice . Didn’t give me a hard time or try to sell me on extra stuff I didn’t need. I told him what price I needed to be at and he did his best to meet me very close .

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.
