My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

My MDX was serviced by Chris in the service Department. Chris was very helpful and expert in explaining the service needed. My car was under certified Warrenty thorugh other dealership and he found out the Warrenty and performed the required service. When he found out that the it would be a while to get to my car, he offered me the loaner vehicle and he called me when the vehicle was done. He was very polite and answered all questions I had.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Got my new 760I from BMW west Houston and really happy about the experience, actually this time we barely spend time at the dealer, Tommy Luk is awesome, bought multiple cars from him and always getting a great deal, every time we are due to start a new lease or buy a new car Tommy is our first call, he goes above and beyond for us, and special mention to Camilo he always makes sure that by the time we leave we know all the features of the car not just the basic ones.

Always an amazing greeting dog friendly so nice to be able to include her which she enjoys. Very flexible while being a waiter had a car for my wife to run to quick doctors appointment . Great experience as always

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Last month I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV for my daughter. This was the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Scheduled an appointment for the works. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete. That?s my only complaint. Still need a recall done but have to reschedule because I was told they?d need my car for 3 days.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

I worked with Meghan Pakenham and what a pleasure it was to do so! She not only was extremely professional, she was also caring in her approach and made buying a car enjoyable! I can’t remember a time, or ever ,I felt that when purchasing a car! Meghan is organized and responds to any and all questions you may have in a timely manner. I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.

This is my second RDX, A luxury vehicle without having to pay the luxury price. Have been fortunate to purchase two used RDX both in pristine condition with very low mileage. Not too big, not too small, All the features you could imagine easy to use,

Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Easy process and friendly staff. Very busy on this Saturday and the purchase took way too long. Only issue was in the price of the vehicle. Internet website listed one price and sales person tried to say the price actually higher. Sort of a bait trick. But the website was easy to look at and show sales person. Once past that issue it went ok but took a long time to process. Over 5 hours at the dealership. Found and drove the vehicle in the first hour.

Perfect for all my needs... I am loving my car and enjoying every moment I get to go places or for long drive... always waiting for sunny weather so that I can have the sunroof and moonroof open...

Let’s start off with what went bad. I purchased a 2016 ‘Vette and less than 24 hours later the AC went out. To my dismay, I DID NOT purchase an extended warranty. Now, onto the rest of the experience. The team at Emmons Autoplex took complete care of me. They almost had to replace an entire AC system in order to fix the issue at no cost to me other than the time and gas it took to get there. The car was in immaculate physical condition, and was the cheapest C7 corvette within 100 miles. Kevin handled the no pressure, no hassle sale like a champ and the service team took care of the rest of the issues. The general manager even offered to completely scrub the deal if they could not complete the repairs. Overall, it was a great experience and instilled confidence in the organization as a whole on how they would handle business in the future. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Emmons Autoplex.

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

This car meets all of my current needs. I love all of the accessories inside of my car. Especially, the USB port. I will definitely stay with an Acura.

Love this car. Great performance and reliability. I love that the mag wheels don’t collect break dust and always look clean. I hate the stop start function and turn it off every time I drive the car

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

Communicated via email. Got a quick response. Needed specific information on a SUV and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. I took too long to decide, the vehicle sold before I decided to buy it. I would have definitely purchased here.
