Found the used car online that I was interested in. Super fair price compared to other car dealerships. Set up appointment to test drive the car the following day. Received better APR financing through Muller's than my credit union offered.

I purchased a 2019 Mdx after searching for an MDX for quite some time. I felt McGrath had good options and pricing. I had not had great dealer experiences in the past and delayed the car buying purchase for that reason. This time around was very different. I dealt with Jonathan as the salesperson and Daniel in finance dept. They were both down to earth, easy to talk to and very fair as well as transparent. Both communicated well at each step , set time expectations and made sure the numbers were explained clearly. The GM and others also made a point to introduce themselves to the point where it felt like we were friends or could be folks you would enjoy hanging out with. Jonathan and Daniel were awesome to work with and being this dealership was referred to me by a friend who bought 2 mdxs here, this location does a great job in customer experience—I left feeling good about the purchase which was a overall great feeling.

Before I have been skeptic about buying from a huge car dealer like Mcgrath. I always thought that I would be treated like another ordinary business deal. I was wrong. Carl was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, responsive and downright easy to work with. At no time did he have that typical dealer high pressure sales attitude. He asked specific questions and steered us directly to the vehicle class for the options we were looking for. He was very professional and knew everything about his product and was able to answer every question we had. They did excellent job on my oil change yesterday, they check for any current recalls, wash my car, Jacob was my Service Rep, very happy w my interactions w him, very professional!!

On the quality of repair I rated average but I'm very pleased with service but my husband was a little upset on price he said he could of disconnect that bluetooth wire and save me the money but service save me the time. We agree just to get it checked then I decided just to get it done without confirming with him first. Next time I will....Also didn't purchase there. Loved service.
