A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Jean is a super star and was the only reasonI ended up purchasing the vehicle. Jean listened, wasn't pushy and should give lessons to others on sales techniques. Excellent communication and great conversation. Michael is great and John was pleasant to deal with also.

Bought a very reasonably price truck. Vehicle was clean and well represented in the photos. Small lot with lots of vehicles. Difficult getting in and out of lot, but that's life in the big city. Sales office was old, but was clean as was the restroom. Salesman was very nice and gave me the best deal he could. I would go there again.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my 2021 TLX SH-AWD ASPEC! It is beautiful, sporty, reliable. It drives like a sports car or a luxury sedan while Always looking stylish. Everyone does a double take. The new model looks so much better! This is my 3rd TL/TLX

Our sales man Zack was easy to deal with and wanted to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted. Could nt believe how easy the process was to purchase from them. Everyone from the salesman , manager and finance officer were great.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Really like the staff, and the manager. Especially SooAh was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and walk me through every step with all the details my car needed. I greatly appreciate their honestly about why the Audio and Connectivity wasn’t working and it has to do with one of the service they’ve instituted after purchased.and I will recommend them to friends and family and I will always trust them with the service for many more years to come. This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

Danny at VINS was really helpful in my car buying process. He checked in with me and returned phone calls and answered any questions or concerns I had. It made a time-consuming and tedious process so much better than I had expected. Everything was super organized. I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.

I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

I found the car on line, got a great price via the internet then test drove it the next day. The sales manager and sales person stuck with the deal as agreed to and I took the car home that day. I appreciated the straight forward approach...a very positive experience so far.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. This really stood out after my experience at the dealership I bought the car at. Shout out to Cedric Singleton who took great care of me.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

I've owned my 2022 TLX Type S for one year now so I feel like I am qualified to write a meaningful review. Let me begin by saying that my wife and I absolutely love this car! We've put just under 15k miles on it and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. We live in Colorado which gives us the opportunity to enjoy mountain roads and highways. I can tell you that this car is most at home in the mountain twisties but it's also a very comfortable highway cruiser. The adaptive shocks adjust to your driving preference and mood very nicely. My favorite thing about the car is how unique it is. I've only seen 2 other Type S's in the year I've owned mine and I love that! I'm not a fan of driving the same thing everyone else drives. Plus, it looks freaking amazing!! The blue exterior and red interior is absolutely gorgeous and turns heads constantly. The styling of the TLC is truly stunning. Acura really nailed it! The interior is terrific as well. I love the style and layout of the dashboard and the seats are super comfortable and supportive. A lot has been said about the cramped back seat but I've gotten no complaints from anyone who's had to ride back there. It's not an SUV! Reliability has been mostly on-par with my previous Acura experiences which is to say solid as a rock. The touchpad-controlled user interface has it's glitches from time to time, especially with Apple CarPlay but that's the only complaint from a quality standpoint. The only other slight beef I have with the car is the power. I really wish Acura had been a little bolder with the engine and amped up the horsepower. While it's no slouch with acceleration, you won't win many stoplight battles with comparable sports sedans unless you get a better jump off the line. That said, this is a very well balanced car that performs admirably in all conditions and makes for a terrifically fun daily driver. All in all, I am very happy with my decision to order my 22 TLX Type S and look forward to several years with it! Maybe the aftermarket will develop some performance enhancements that can help me out with those occasional drag races! ;-)

Tom was my salesman and he was phenomenal! From the first time I called, when I picked up my vehicle and after the sale, he has been nothing but extremely helpful! I found a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in great shape and for a great price. He warned me that a non refundable deposit would be needed to hold the vehicle since there was lots of interest in it. I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.
