Used Acura TLX for sale in East Brunswick, NJ

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. This is my third Acura in a row, and I know when it's time for the next one, I'll drive the extra miles to deal with this awesome dealership !! Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos the superhero !! I love my Open Road Acura A-spec !!

I bought this new car. I love this car the design is perfect. It is perfect for my needs along with the style. The turbocharger has a small lag and I think Acura has imposed power restrictions. The back seat is very tight I think, it could have had more leg room. For the most part, I enjoy it. Perhaps the aftermarket sector could step up its power restrictions.

Inviting and informed salesperson. Raymond was direct, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the car buying experience a pleasure. We have now purchased 4 vehicles at Open road Acura and plan on continuing to buy from them.

Needs Bluetooth apple carplay. Wireless charging is useless without it. The integration with apple and Honda needs work better (not very user friendly) if they continue to use the touchpad. The stock UI is way more efficient. Otherwise, the vehicle is AMAZING!!

Keven Scesney customers service is awesome, very professional he took the times to explain everything from different promotions to what will be done and how long will that take.

Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

I like cars that respond quickly when need to go faster to past other cars, and I like the luxurious car and the Acura is a luxurious car

Very professional and well-trained staff. When I first came in, I explained what exactly I was looking for and they offered multiple options that perfectly fit my expectations. I ended up getting a 2019 Dodge Charger and I am very pleased with the car and my experience.

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

Quality Vehicle. Courteous salesman. Knowleagle staff. Clean sales floor. Would come back to buy again if I find a vehicle that is in my price range.

Very reliable doesn’t require much maintenance as long as you keep up with the bare minimum such as the oil changes. I fell in love with the chocolate interior hence why I purchased the car. Would highly recommend that you buy.

This car is reliable. has all the technology up to date. low maintenance and cheap to maintain. good gas mileage. good quality materials. good value for the money paid. lots of standard features that are not standards in other brands and come at a high cost

Great natural v6, good cornering, lots of options, "bird view" camera is a great addition to a list of bells and whistles. Below average for a class rear seat leg space.

Drove from Massachusetts to NJ for a certain car but when I got there I had second thoughts about it then Gabriela showed me something I fell involve with! I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.

I have been in the market looking for an 2017 Audi R8 v10 for about two months. Really the only way to purchase a rare vehicle of this caliber generally be sight unseen. After some time I narrowed it down to 4 dealerships and Deluxe Auto stood out from the others. Brand-new chassis. TLX drives with precision and performance. Acura took it to a whole new level. Suspension is outstanding and the steering is quick. Engineers did a great job this time around.

I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

I had been looking for a car for a while, doing research looking at other dealerships before I came across Autolenders in Lakewood. These guys couldn't be more helpful in finding the car that YOU want, and were not just trying to sell you anything. They had cars moved from other locations so I can see them, I even felt bad after they had one brought in from PA and I didnt like it. But they did it a few times, until finally I found 2 I really liked. Neither of them were at the Lakewood location, one was in Princeton so I went their to drive it, and the other was Toms River which they brought over to Lakewood so I can see that one. I drove them nuts going back and forth between the two, but finally decided on one and signed the papers, and was coming back on the weekend to pick it up. That night I couldnt get the OTHER car out of my head, and I knew I had chose the wrong car for the wrong reasons. So the next morning I called them to tell them I wanted the other one instead if it was still available. Not a great move on my part as they had someone interested in the car I originally picked and told them it was sold...but they called them back and they wound up taking it, and I got the one I wanted. Anthony & Howie at Lakewood were awesome and so helpful, I can't say enough about what good guys they are. I turned into that "nightmare" customer that I never want to be, but they were great through all of it, letting me work it out and get the car that was right for me. Highly recommend! They totally debunk the myth of the "pushy" car salesmen and all the back and forth games traditional dealerships play.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.
