We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto Trademark. Our salesperson, Zee, was very pleasant and thorough and took time to review all paperwork with us. He made an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our car even after our purchase. Our only wish would be that the regular price of cars be printed in advertisements with the "special" price for veterans printed in parentheses next to the regular price. We did not scroll down far enough to read this information and were surprised that the selling price for non vets (us) was around $1,000 more. So, that said, read the ads very carefully and then you will have no surprises. We are satisfied with our purchase and are happy to recommend Auto Trademark.

I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Very happy with the process, Overall took 2 hours to leave with a car. Very straightforward. Cool & calm staffing. Was helped my Nikkia from Rosenthal Acura & can say I am very delighted with the experience. 10/10. She maintained communication from say 1 of me reaching out about interest in the car & its specs. Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Salesman (kash) was good. I didn?t feel pressured, environment was pleasant, my trade in was fairly priced. I will go back to the dame dealership in future when they have the type of car I want.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

AWESOME experience!!! I traveled a little over two hours from Richmond to Vienna to purchase a new 2025 RAV4 because I couldn’t find it anywhere else in the state. The ones I located were taking advantage of low inventory levels and over charging the consumer. From my first communication with the internet salesman Muhammad, all the way to driving away in my new vehicle, this was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had!! The showroom is beautiful and clean and customer care is FIRST CLASS!!! HIGHLY recommend my salesperson Ahmad Al Faham, and the finance manager Aldo Ismail!! Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan Molina and the finance team. Koons offered the best price and made sure I received a competitive rate. They also didn’t add in any ridiculous fees (I explicitly said no maintenance package at the beginning and they respected that).

I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

Brand-new chassis. TLX drives with precision and performance. Acura took it to a whole new level. Suspension is outstanding and the steering is quick. Engineers did a great job this time around.

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

The maintenance visit to Radley Acura exceeded my expectations. The inconvenience of an untimely third-party warranty payment delay was offset by access to a stress-free courtesy vehicle. Thanks to Malik for this outstanding customer service and overall positive experience.
