I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

I went into this dealership to just look around for trucks to do clean up work from the storm. Did not think I was financially ready yet. This vehicle is extremely reliable. It drives excellent, and it's been serviced through Acura properly. I went from Leasing it, to Purchasing it. The vehicle has great options, and the interior is superb. I still have the factory door-sills covered in the Acura Plastic. I know it's below market I'm not looking to be greedy. The exterior has minor stone chips and couple light marks. I will have the oil changed for my customer/Detailed, and I guarantee they will be getting there money's worth.

Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

Very very reliable daily driver, this car should run forever! It’s fast, handles well, and looks great! And gets great gas mileage! GPS is difficult to use.

My wife came into our marriage with this car. I thought she overpaid for it as it was just a honda civic but we definitely got our money's worth. We took this car all over the western US. 18hr road trips in one day. The We put 70k miles on it in two years and then sold it to get something bigger. Never did anything to the motor except spark plugs at 100k miles and regular oil changes. An AWESOME car. Would buy another in a heart beat if the fam could fit.

Service was fast and efficient. I was given a ride home after the service was determined to take longer than I expected.

This car is trouble free and fun to drive. Gas mileage is also pretty decent. If it's not pushed to it's limits it may last forever. What this car needs is a periodic maintenance. What else do we need from a car for everyday driving. Highly recommended.

Had my car serviced. Great communication by Neil Berzins the Service Advisor. He explained everything and sent a video of the work they were performing. My car is running great.

Only drawbacks are that they are not super quiet inside. It is difficult to change the settings. There has been very little maintenance except oil changes.

Very practical and economical for a daily driver. I would recommend it to anybody that can drive a 6 spreed manual. I enjoy driving it. This car was ahead of its time. Ages very well.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

The Acura TSX is a great vehicle. I drove one for about 7 years and it was incredible. Comfortable, stylish and reliable. Easy to maintain, what more could you ask for? The 2013 is even better than its predescesser! Upgrades to the interior make it an even more enjoyable ride. Can?t say enough good things about Acura. They are bulletproof.

Highly recommend Michael and the dealership at Route 110 Auto! We found the perfect car for our daughter. The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. LOVE my TSX ! I bought it used w/ 80000 miles , but the car drives like a new car . Very Solid feeling , handles very well even in the snow ! Very quiet and comfortable. Performance is there if you need it ( 200 HP 4cyl V-TEC ENGINE ) , but gets GREAT gas mileage , I'm averaging 27 MPG in suburban/city driving , I bet I could get over 30 on the highway . Everything about the car is high-end, and the materials and fit and finish are top notch. ( made in Japan ... ) I highly recommend the TSX .

So I purchased My 2020 Durango from this location. This location has been nothing but phenomenal. I do have to say I took an hour and 20 minute drive just to go see this SUV and ended up walking out with it just because of how they treated me, how easy and smooth they made the process and Even though I had some plate issues that had nothing to do with this dealership, they have still stood behind me and got everything fixed for me so this place is awesome. I would recommend this location. I would definitely buy from them again and everyone should go look at their lot Because even though they’re not a big box dealership, they are very family oriented, honest and straightforward with the stuff they do. I am very happy with them and just want to say thank you to everyone from this location.
