After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

I have been searching for a car for roughly a week or little more. A few other dealerships were misleading with their inventory and general information about the vehicles they did have. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE!!! They were completely transparent and honestly a pleasure to do business with. I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

Service was quick, and customer care very good. Had brake repair and steering service. Conveniently located and recently renovated service facility. Will return again for future service

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

Had a frustrating experience with Toyotas national call in center for scheduling but was fortunately transferred to Lauren and she changed my whole experience from frustrating to fantastic! It was apparent how much she cared about giving me GREAT service from the second we began our interaction. This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

My experience was fabulous from my phone call with Tammy, service with WONDERFUL WENDY, to my purchase/checkout with Nicole!!! My battery purchase was over the counter. The dealership would not have a record. However, Tammy asked WENDY to assist me. I found my receipt and WENDY went to work to ensure I received everything the warranty provided. Once my battery was check and determined to be dead, WENDY let me know my choices under my warranty. Upon checkout Nicole was great. All the women mentioned made this process easy. I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Was helped my Nikkia from Rosenthal Acura & can say I am very delighted with the experience. 10/10. She maintained communication from say 1 of me reaching out about interest in the car & its specs. So that went I went in, I knew everything about the car itself & she made me feel assured that I was in good hands

Four months into the driving and configuring my wife's new MDX… So far so good! Excellent finish and interior quality. The car feels solid and is very quiet inside. No rattles, no squeaks, the only abnormal sound I can hear is the jingling of the metal ring on the key fob laying in the door top pocket. Driving mode is easy to switch using large knob in the center console, no need to stop and drill into the menu options like on new Lexus RX. Sport mode eliminates any feelings of insufficient engine power (at expense of the gas mileage, that's for sure), no jerking transmission then either. With about 4000 miles on it, transmission feels silky smooth. The sound system is excellent! The infotainment system is fine - no finger smudges on the screen. BTW, the screen panel quality is way better than the one on new Lexus RX. High contrast, deep black, and no way to get sun glare anywhere near. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto – all work like a charm. Default Acura's navigation is actually not that far behind, giving the choice of seamlessly switching between at least 3 navigation systems at any time during the driving (Acura's, Apple/Google Maps, or Waze in my very modest setup). Engine stop/start is annoying, but there is a way to control it with the brake pedal pressure – light pressure prevents engine from shutting down. Not sure what those rich folks with $60k+ cars are complaining about gas mileage. It's not a city commuter's car. I'm seeing 27-28 mpg cruising on the highway. It doesn't require premium fuel, that's additional 20% fuel economy for you. Driver assist features are all good and very usable. I only don't get why would ACC (adaptive cruise control) need to be that sensitive and require periodic "proof of presence", literally makes me shake the steering wheel a bit every several minutes. I hope Acura will relax this "rule" with the future software update, …please.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

The car is very well made with a lot of features. Acura did not cheapen up with this car. I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this car. I have had 2 other Acuras before and they are highly reliable.

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

Just traded my 2017 mdx tech for a 2023. All the improvements across the board are great. I love this car. I’m a huge Acura fan. This is my 5th Acura, 2nd mdx. Every Acura I owned has been purchased new, since 2004. I have yet to have an issue with any vehicle I have owned. I keep up on my maintenace and thats it. I usually get a new one every 5-6 years or once my odometer rolls over 120k, just so I can get a decent trade in allowance. Prior to getting my 2023 MDX, I looked at the BMW X5 for almost 20k more (not worth it) and the Audi Q7. Both are very nice looking cars and drive great. However I also own a 2011 audi a5 coupe as a weekend crusier and at 70k miles the motor blew due to excessive oil consumption. The European imports look and drive great. But the reliabilty is for xxxx. I’ve known other people who have owned them and had similar issues. Over engineered fancy looking junk. Acura is right on par with all the Euro imports as far as fancy options, performance, looks and comfort is concerned. But when it comes to reliabilty Acura blows them all away. If you are reading this and are considering a new MDX, or any Acura product, research how many older Acura’s are still on the road or for sale with a lot miles. Then compare those to older BMW’s Audi’s or Range Rovers. All those brands are at least 20% $ more for an entry level when new. Then a few years later you will see them advertised for at least 20% less then Acura’s. A repair bill for a BMW (Break My Wallet) or Audi can easily de-value the entire car. So unless money is if zero concern. Go with the MDX. It looks and drives great, and you will have long term reliability.

I had an appointment for service. Vehicle was serviced, the car was cleaned inside and out and was ready before recommended time with a thorough look over. Service tech was very knowledgeable. Once done, I felt as if i received special treatment. Lol

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise
