My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Joshua Mentzer is the real deal. From the minute my daughter and I showed up to test drive a used VW Jetta, Josh treated us as though we were there to purchase the top-of-the-line Benz. He took us on an extensive test drive, that thoroughly put the Jetta through its paces. He made us feel as though we were on a Sunday drive with the family. He talked my daughter through the features, demonstrated how to use them, spoke to my daughter and not just me (this is rare, kudos to you Josh), and answered all our questions. We placed a down payment and came back the next day after transferring money in the bank. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance did not kick in until the day after and it was then that Josh elevated his service to the gold medal round. He offered to deliver the car to my daughter the next day. We live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. I challenge anyone to beat the service that Josh represents. This is a real testimony to this Mercedes Benz dealership. I will definitely check out MB of Lancaster when I am looking for my next car and will be asking for Josh. I just bought a 2016 Volvo S60 from Zimmerman’s and I have to say Ahmed made the entire experience so pleasant and easy to understand. Right from the start , I could tell he is very honest & genuine. He was able to expedite my financing process which I had been trying for a week to finalize it and he got it done in a matter of hours! Their facility is very nice & very clean with a fully functional service department. I could not be more satisfied with Zimmerman’s. There was a question regarding the service...Mercedes Benz and I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks prior to service. They put me down for a "Service B," and the car was "yelling" for a "Service A1." Brandon called me the morning of the Service to let me know that the driver was ready to deliver the loaner. We discussed the service "dilemma." At one time, I'd put 20,000 miles per year on my vehicles just commuting to work. Now that I have retired, I am under the "5,000 mile Emissions Exempt" mileage per year. Brandon and I decided to go with "time" instead of mileage for the service. "She's" a 2020, and is going on 6-years old now. Gave "her" the 5-year service. Told Brandon that next year, it'll be tires and a battery. And could they give "her" a good cleaning? I usually thoroughly clean and detail "her" twice a year. Something else that has been quite time-consuming came up this year. I took a chance, and asked Brandon about Mercedes Benz "cleaning her up," including detailing for me. That was done, too. A well-maintained car will last a long time. And Mercedes Benz vehicles have a reputation for "aging gracefully" if kept well. "She's" not the biggest, fanciest Mercedes out there, but with people like Brandon, the cleaning crew, establishments like Lancaster Mercedes Benz, and myself, "she" should look good, and run good for may years to come.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Very customer friendly. The whole staff is prepared to help with whatever you need. They supply a loaner vehicle when needed. Repairs are done in a timely manner and the car gets a fresh cleaning before pick up.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

I bought my 2013 ACURA TL Special Edition new with 25 miles (I test drove it with 5 miles). I have taken care of that baby since day one. It's been garaged; well-maintained (oil changes; tires replaced; battery replaced). Just turned 77,000 miles today! I am selling mine only because I need an SUV. I wish I could keep it as my second car.

I received my 2013 TL in 2017 with 25000 miles on it now it’s got 93000 miles on it in 2023 and runs and looks as good as it did in 2018 great used cars 🚗 love my TL . Only problem I had with mine is charging the battery replaced brakes. New tires 🛞 normal maintenance. Best used car till this day 👍

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.
