First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.

Great vehicle that money can buy. Super sporty, reliable, and fuel efficient with an affordable price tag. They have the Honda reliability with great luxury features and also great for daily use.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.
I recently bought a BMW X1 recently from Knauz and Rolly Davidson assisted me and was so professional. He was calm and did not rush my decision. He was informative and positive. Thanks Rolly for giving EXCELLENT service and recommendations!!! Anne Hazen

This is a nice car and has all of the latest safety devices. The car is much louder than expected and has transmission shift issues at 3/4 to full throttle. The only reason I purchased this car was the dealer was taking significant $$$ off. The local Acura Service Department, Hunt Valley Acura in MD, is the worst. Could not repair transmission issue, which they recreated, so just told me to bring it back when the transmission completely fails. I complained to corporate and received no response. I will never buy another Acura.
Juan Torres was especially helpful in my recent purchase of an Acura RLX. He displayed great knowledge and patience as I pondered my purchase. His experience from working his way up through the company helped my comfort level. The friendliness of Juan and the entire team was a good experience.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.
Juan Flores is the man. My family got our first Acura here years ago and it was about time that we went back for another one. My parents primary language is not English, but Juan was very patient and flexible with the process in helping us get a deal done. I had the opportunity to speak with him on the phone and he was extremely professional and courteous in trying to help us get a deal done.
Once we were able to hash out the details we were extremely satisfied with his efforts and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly as well as I was able to speak with all of them. Thanks again Juan!

I have had my Acura MDX for 2 years and absolutely love it. It is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and drives like a dream. Great purchase!

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. I have owned several brands of vehicles and SUVs, and this Acura RDX 2013 I drove it for 105,000 miles since new. I can side without any doubt it is the most reliable SUV that give you good performance, and keep his value for your money.
My experience with Audi Exchange and my salesman, Stuart, was excellent. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car as well as taking the time to make sure I understood all the features. I plan on using the dealership for any and all my car needs.

Great car all around and the SH-AWD. Is great! I also got the tech package with the great stereo also a must. I had silver, grey metallic and black in my Acura’s lately!
They were professional and respectful from beginning to end. Our salesman, Hunt Hamill, made buying a car fast, fun, and easy. No pressure, no games, no unwanted dealer-installed options. This was the third Acura dealer we tried, and wed definitely go back.

This car fulfilled all my needs for a daily driver! Commuting, vacation,golf, etc... Would recommend to anyone. Enough room if your tall or small. Kids had plenty of room in the back seats as well. Hold good value & easy to maintain!
