Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

I like cars that respond quickly when need to go faster to past other cars, and I like the luxurious car and the Acura is a luxurious car

I wanted initially to get the A-Spec which looks great, but they didn't have my color selection, so I decided on the 2021 TLX A-Spec. instead. Also great car, but the RDX was much more comfortable and practical, and had less noise issues...

I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.

Good design. comfortable, reliability : will see. Very slow 1st gear and does not have smooth transition into second gear but then transitions ok. My biggest and only complaint. very slow 1st gear.

Purchasing a new car can be a trying experience but even more so when you are over 80 years of age and during a pandemic. Well not in this case. We were very friendly greeted as we arrived at the facility by Ms. Diana Gushue. She immediately made us feel at home and to feel that this would be fair negotiation if we decided to purchase. After Ms. Gushue showed us models that interested us we had an opportunity to meet the sales manager and other Denton Honda folks. Our negotiations went smoothly and we settled on what we considered a fair price for both parties. In no time we became the new owners (lease) of a 2021 CRV EXL. We also turned in our previous Honda lease car (Accord) which was also a no brainer. We contacted Diana a day later with a question about the vehicle and she knew the answer and settled that question to our complete satisfaction. Diana has followed up recently asking how we like the new vehicle ( we love it). Great dealer and great sales person.

Came to town to help my son purchase his first car and after having a negative experience at another dealer in the area we reluctantly went to another. It was a night and day experience. By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

They made sure I knew about all of the fees and got me approved before I got there! Mike was very transparent and made sure I saw the Carfax before we did anything else because he wanted me to know about it.

This MDX has very comfortable drive. Quiet, stable and gorgeous sound system which is my favorite. The MPG is a little bit high in local but free way is about 26 mpg, considering this is 7 seats and V6 car, it is not bad at all. Love it!

Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!
