My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Setting tire pressure sensors on my recently installed wheels and tires on my 2016 Tacoma. I want to thank the mechanic for getting everything to work properly on my truck. No more lights coming on. Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

This was my second purchase in the last 18 months with Dan Carlen and impressed I have been. Not only did he remember me from 18 months prior, he knew all the details also. Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd vehicle both new and used that I have purchased from Portsmouth Ford and the used car center. Each time it has been transparent, quick and fair. I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

I had a good experience. Traded in my old car and bought a used Honda. Been driving it for around two years no problem. Big fan of CarMax.

It’s rare that I am able to leave an honest, positive review for a car dealer that I have attempted to buy from. The sad truth is, most of the dealerships I’ve shopped have had bad deals, ignorant salesmen, awful pricing, or some kind of ridiculous bait and switch tactic; that’s just the sad reality of the world we live in. Anton is one of the few I’ve met who is honest, upfront, and trusting. His word is good, and your word is good to him. He happened to have the car I wanted in stock. He gave me a very fair price and I agreed to purchase from him, and even though it took longer than I had expected to get the money together, he was patient and took my word that I was going to complete the sale. He delivered exactly what he promised and included an inspection sticker for the price. Car sales is a business that requires moving large volumes of inventory, and since an individual doesn’t buy cars too often, some dealers make no effort to cultivate a long-term relationship. Alex auto sales is a notable exception. I don’t plan to buy another vehicle any time soon, but if I did, they would be my first contact.
