My wife and I recently bought a RDX and leased a TLX and we could not be happier. Rick was an honest and informative salesman who helped us find the cars that we wanted. He first helped us purchase a CPO 2014 Acura RDX and then later that week helped us lease a 2017 Acura TLX. He made sure we had all of the information we needed and kept us at ease throughout the entire process. Best car guy we have ever worked with. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

We recently bought a used car for our teenage son. The buying process was excellent. Mark was very friendly and the cars here are well taken care of. Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

I purchase my 2010 TL brand new in June of 2010 fully loaded. It was my first new car purchase. I drove it right off of the show room floor with 8 miles on the odometer. At present (Dec. 2022) it has just over 60,000 miles on it. Just three weeks after my purchase I had to return to the dealership because the car would veer to the left hard. They checked it out and couldn't find what the problem was so they replaced the left front strut to see if that would fix the problem, it did not, too this day (Dec. 2022) it still pulls/veers to the left even with several sets of new tires (Michelins) on it. The handling has been sloppy at best. Its somewhat tiring driving it long distances hence the low millage on it at present. Although I've had it back at Acura for all of its services they still can't tell me why this is happening they've even performed several alignments on the car. There was a recall on a computer chip in the transmission that was causing the engine to rattle, the chip was replaced under warranty but the rattling still manifests at times. The car goes through batteries like crazy in fact one year after I purchased the car the battery went bad and was replaced under warranty since then I've had several Acura batteries installed (just had one install this month Dec.2022). Once major problem I've had is with the oil engine light. It comes on even when the engine oil is full I've learned how to reset the light and had it check by Acura they had no answer for the problem but recommended and I had replaced the Oil Pressure Switch at a cost of $289.85 the problem still exist to date. I had the timing belt replaced and was told by Acura that the oil pump was leaking so they replaced the Spool Valve/O-Ring etc. as well for 600.00 was told by the technician that it would have been over an 800.00 cost had they not saw it when they did. I could go on and on. Bottom line this car has not been cheap to maintain for example along with the timing belt replacement and the oil leak was a cost of $1753.14 in 2019 the car only had 43,595 miles on the odometer. As to the ride, it rides very stiff/hard firm but smooth. I felled to mention that the outside mirrors shakes when you shut the door Acura refused to do anything about it because they stated that's the nature of the car. By now, you may be asking why I'm still driving this car....IT'S PAID FOR! lol. All in all it does most things well, good stereo, pretty quiet ride, roomy, 5 star rating (safe) and somewhat reliable. It's a good first car when brought second hand as long as the car has been taken care of. I must state that the SH/Awd is excellent I have never gotten stuck in the winter weather. At last, I just found out (Dec. 2022) that the navigation system will not be able to be ungraded after 2021 because the upgrade CD's are being discontinued. Hope this review helps someone thinking about purchasing this car used.

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

Own one since brand new. Handed to my daughter after 8 years and 50k miles. Have not spent any money except oil changes and tires. Hoping to keep for another several years. Great blend of performance and reliability. Very solid drive.

I currently own a 2017 Acura ILX bought used with only 29k miles. This car has been a great daily driver, very smooth for the longer drives, and a surprising quiet cabin. It has everything a person needs for a trip: sunroof, Bluetooth, heated seats. This car truly is one in a million for the value.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my 2021 TLX SH-AWD ASPEC! It is beautiful, sporty, reliable. It drives like a sports car or a luxury sedan while Always looking stylish. Everyone does a double take. The new model looks so much better! This is my 3rd TL/TLX

Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

Everything went great. They picked me up at the airport. I drove the car and decided to purchase it. They gave me a ride to the bank to get a certified check and the paperwork was done in about an hour. I drove the car home and received the title in the mail in about a week. No problems with anything. When I’m ready to trade this one in I’ll head back up and get a newer one.

Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

Worked with Mike P. on my used Subaru. He made sure everything was squared away and that all the p's and q's were clear. I'm not easily impressed but it's great to know there are patient, thorough and kind, old school guys like Mike still doing business. I was treated with sincere, genuine courtesy, from every person at the dealership, from top to bottom. Great place to buy a car; should the need arise to purchase another, I will definitely look toward Bloomington Subaru & Acura first.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

A few years ago my husband and I purchased an Outback with the help of Trish Clancy. She was great! Recently, I was in need of information from a business manager and was introduced to Nathan Black. Was I fortunate! Not only was Nathan very knowledgeable, but was patient and thorough and made sure I was well taken care of beyond my expectations! I left more than satisfied! (I had to mark a reason for my visit that's not true as my reason was not covered by any of your 3 choices!)

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

I bought this car for my son who just turned seventeen. I needed something reliable and sporty (and inexpensive 😁). This car is so good that I'm considering trying to find one for myself! After this experience, I think I'm done leasing new vehicles.

Only drawbacks are that they are not super quiet inside. It is difficult to change the settings. There has been very little maintenance except oil changes.

John was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Had no problem with me taking the car to be checked out by a mechanic, and just wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. Gave me more for my trade-in than other dealers were offering, and worked with me on the final price. Would definitely buy from him again!

The RL after 135,000 miles is still a great car and still looks contemporary. Ungaraged, its finish has held up amazingly well. With SHAWD it's a winter car that goes anywhere under any conditions. Ihas most all of the trick features of today's cars and with the key fob in my wallet just touching the handles opens and locks it. An added bonus I've never forgotten my wallet and left home without my driver's license or credit cards. The sound system is good, the nav works flawlessly, pairing the phone easy the bluetooth perfect. It has a ton of standard equipment like rear window shades that have come in handy. I've never kept a car this long but to get the same level of reliability under these harsh conditions is up for grabs and a car with all these features is 75K up. It's only issue is the 5 speed transmission that has offered no problems other than not seamless. The interior does show a few signs of wear. The driver's door armrest looked to be leather but is actually rubber that's worn through to a checked cloth backing and the dash under the glove box has bubbled. A job for Dr. Pimple Popper? It's got enough power for everyday driving, gets a solid 25 on the highway but around this hilly town with no stop and go traffic, between 18-19. Truth is, at 82,I hope to drop dead before the car.

I purchased this car 4 years ago used and have had no issues whatsoever aside from tire replacement and a small air/heating issue which required replacement of the original blower - a $200 job. It rides so well and is so reliable with the engine of a tank!

I received my 2013 TL in 2017 with 25000 miles on it now it’s got 93000 miles on it in 2023 and runs and looks as good as it did in 2018 great used cars 🚗 love my TL . Only problem I had with mine is charging the battery replaced brakes. New tires 🛞 normal maintenance. Best used car till this day 👍
