I have purchase three cars from Honda of Owings mills. All of my experiences have been very nice. I always take my cars there for service. The repairs are often pricey, but they do very good quality work.

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

I had visited my dealership in Laurel on May 25th and May 27th for a major tire replacement issue and my Service Advisor, Gage had cared for my needs in an excellent manner. On May 29, I returned for an issue involving my family's security; My spouse's car had been broken into and purse stolen. She had papers and a key to my Acura SUV. Gage was there as expected and helped me take care of the problem. Keep up the excellent work and service.! My key and lock was reprogramed. Clinton Willis.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Julian! Down the line when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll be revisiting Rosenthal Acura.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

This car needs more legroom in the back and more USB ports. The 8-speed dual-clutch transmission is awsome in sport mode but very sluggish in Drive.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

Third car purchased here. Look, it’s a car dealer, but they always seem to have gone out of their way to make it as painless as possible. The latest sales guy, Christos, was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I am not as big a fan of the service department, but that is another story.

Recently moved to MD and was desperately in need of a car. I was introduced to this gentleman by the name Talbot "Jap" - soft spoken, funny and also has a heart. He made the buying process a lot more easy for me. I was able to trust him. I felt like he cared and wanted the best me. Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Its a very reliable efficient car and gets 33 to 36 miles per gallon. Had it for years now!!! Love my ILX!!!♥️. Very reliable!!! Awesome!!!

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

I had an appointment for service. Vehicle was serviced, the car was cleaned inside and out and was ready before recommended time with a thorough look over. Service tech was very knowledgeable. Once done, I felt as if i received special treatment. Lol

James has always been my go to, when it comes to my service. He is the person to ask for.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.
