Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I had been looking for a pickup and found one on their site. Since I am over 200 miles away, I called to verify if it was there and the details of the truck. I spoke to Joey, he was very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I drove the 200 plus miles, once there everybody was very courteous, Joey showed me the truck and it was exactly as stated on the site. Joey was very personable, no pressure, and was very professional. I bought the truck and drove it over 200 miles back home, it drove very nice. I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Dave Williams, my salesman, was very informative but also very easy going and was willing to listen to me and address any concerns that I might have about the entire process.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.

Got one with 29,000 very nice ride. Very satisfied. I feel like I got my moneys worth. I will hand this down to my daughter.
