I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

He made sure we had all of the information we needed and kept us at ease throughout the entire process. Best car guy we have ever worked with. I purchase my 2010 TL brand new in June of 2010 fully loaded. It was my first new car purchase. I drove it right off of the show room floor with 8 miles on the odometer. At present (Dec. 2022) it has just over 60,000 miles on it. Just three weeks after my purchase I had to return to the dealership because the car would veer to the left hard. They checked it out and couldn't find what the problem was so they replaced the left front strut to see if that would fix the problem, it did not, too this day (Dec. 2022) it still pulls/veers to the left even with several sets of new tires (Michelins) on it. The handling has been sloppy at best. Its somewhat tiring driving it long distances hence the low millage on it at present. Although I've had it back at Acura for all of its services they still can't tell me why this is happening they've even performed several alignments on the car. There was a recall on a computer chip in the transmission that was causing the engine to rattle, the chip was replaced under warranty but the rattling still manifests at times. The car goes through batteries like crazy in fact one year after I purchased the car the battery went bad and was replaced under warranty since then I've had several Acura batteries installed (just had one install this month Dec.2022). Once major problem I've had is with the oil engine light. It comes on even when the engine oil is full I've learned how to reset the light and had it check by Acura they had no answer for the problem but recommended and I had replaced the Oil Pressure Switch at a cost of $289.85 the problem still exist to date. I had the timing belt replaced and was told by Acura that the oil pump was leaking so they replaced the Spool Valve/O-Ring etc. as well for 600.00 was told by the technician that it would have been over an 800.00 cost had they not saw it when they did. I could go on and on. Bottom line this car has not been cheap to maintain for example along with the timing belt replacement and the oil leak was a cost of $1753.14 in 2019 the car only had 43,595 miles on the odometer. As to the ride, it rides very stiff/hard firm but smooth. I felled to mention that the outside mirrors shakes when you shut the door Acura refused to do anything about it because they stated that's the nature of the car. By now, you may be asking why I'm still driving this car....IT'S PAID FOR! lol. All in all it does most things well, good stereo, pretty quiet ride, roomy, 5 star rating (safe) and somewhat reliable. It's a good first car when brought second hand as long as the car has been taken care of. I must state that the SH/Awd is excellent I have never gotten stuck in the winter weather. At last, I just found out (Dec. 2022) that the navigation system will not be able to be ungraded after 2021 because the upgrade CD's are being discontinued. Hope this review helps someone thinking about purchasing this car used.

A few years ago my husband and I purchased an Outback with the help of Trish Clancy. She was great! Recently, I was in need of information from a business manager and was introduced to Nathan Black. Was I fortunate! Not only was Nathan very knowledgeable, but was patient and thorough and made sure I was well taken care of beyond my expectations! I left more than satisfied! (I had to mark a reason for my visit that's not true as my reason was not covered by any of your 3 choices!)

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! I've still owned my trusted 2006 Acura TL in maroon and cream interior with 156k miles. It still drives like when got it with 82K miles since 2011 and even better with the new front struts and lower control arms. It turns tighter and sharper than ever before and still gets about 27 mpg combined. The leather seats hold up very well with no tear except the well known cracked dashboard. The metallic paint is still shiny so are the 5 star wheel spokes, etc. Very dependable car and I love it!

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

Got one with 29,000 very nice ride. Very satisfied. I feel like I got my moneys worth. I will hand this down to my daughter.
