My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I'm at 150K miles, bought this car used and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, reliable SUV. I change the oil every 2,500-3,000 miles, that is just a quirk with these cars. I took off a star for comfort because I absolutely hate the headrests! A small thing to be sure, but I don't like how far forward they lean, and they only adjust up or down.

I bought my second truck in 4 years from Bose. The first was a champ. It did all I asked of it and remained reliable the entire time I owned it. I needed more weight and tow capacity and ended up back at Bose. Same great experience as the first time. The sales staff was helpful, open and directly answered my questions. I never experienced any evasion from them or doubt that they are being truthful. Their assistance with financing was great. It's been three months and after a few maintenance stops and a new set of tires, I'm very happy with this truck. Understand you're buying used and plan accordingly. If you want perfect, buy new. Although that's no guarantee either. Good, solid vehicles at a decent price. I absolutely will return to Bose should I be in the market for another vehicle. Incidentally, the first truck is still in the family being a reliable hauler. Can't beat that!

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

2013 MDX is a great car. Runs solid mechanically. Do have to add a quart of oil every few thousand miles, can be a pain but is expected of this model, says the acura dealerships

Price was reasonable for the vehicle and its condition. Mike was pleasant and easy to talk to. Nice guy. See Mike for pleasant experience at bose. Detail staff did a great job, nice and shinny! No bogus fees other than small doc fee which is reasonable. 3rd purchase from Illinois in 2 years, by far the best place to buy so far.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I bought my 2011 MDX used with $120,000 Mi on it. I've had it almost 3 years and it now has 244,000 Mi on it and it's still going. With regular maintenance and keeping up with the oil changes the car has lasted exceptionally well. I'm very surprised at Acura and the reliability of the MDX. Like I said though regular maintenance is essential and I do not put nothing in it but premium gas. I've owned different cars of my life but the MDX I like the most. The one thing I do notice is it's not fast enough for me. It's still got enough pep to get you where you need to go but you still look good doing it without the compromise of comfort.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I purchased a new Honda Accord from Napleton in Morton Grove. I did research and reached out to several dealers. Napleton Morton Grove came back with the best initial offer. After a test drive and some negotiation, I drove away in a new Accord. This is the second car I've purchased here and I would do business again.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Just bought an RDX spaceship from these guys. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. In more than 50 years. Sebastion, our salesman, was incredible. Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase. Found out he jogs near our home and actually invited him to stop by for coffee. When has that ever happenned? Rashard? Continued the same great service. Looking for a car? These are the guys to see.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

I also live in Wisconsin and bought from this car dealer in Illinois and the process was extremely smooth and no extra work on my end was needed. This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

Once we agreed on specifics, they found acquired the vehicle with the options color I wanted within 24 hours and closed the deal. Pat and Gerard could not have been more professional and helpful. One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I purchased a used Acura MDX from a private sale and took it to Acura Westmont for an inspection. Their service team was able to give me a same day inspection appointment when I called to inquire. I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting
