Several years ago we worked with Jay Kraus to purchase an MDX. We like it so much that we decided to replace our Honda Accord with a new RDX. We enjoyed working with Jay Kraus for the MDX so we worked with him again. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We have also always had a good experience with their service center. I have purchased cars from these guys over the years with great results. I recently purchased a 2006 Acura MDX with 193,000 miles. The miles scared me a little bit but the one owner car has all of the service records from the Acura dealership and runs great. My last car was a BMW X5 and that thing was a money pit! Constant repairs. This Acura has all of the features that the BMW had (heated leather seats, rear view camera, bluetooth, etc) with a 6 cylinder, 24 valve V Tech engine that is as fast as the BMW V8 engine at about half the cost of gasoline. Don't let the high miles scare you. These guys only purchase vehicles that meet their strict guidelines. They have been in the business for many decades and they know how to pick good cars. I waited 2 months before putting this review and I like the car even more than when I first purchased it. No problems at all. Keep up the good work guys. It's hard to find trustworthy dealers anymore.

There was no attempt to persuade or talk me into or out of anything. We dealt only with the facts, including the price range, and the employee was sincere and upfront about what he had to offer.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Very easy buying process. No if's and's or but's in their pricing. Service is outstanding and very affordable compared to other dealerships and shops. The parts needed wouldn't be available in time for our road trip so they gave us a loaner. Mostly our fault for waiting till last minute to get it fixed but they were very accommodating. Excellent top notch service.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.
