Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Drove right into service receiving bay. Fresh donuts and coffee in waiting area. Multiple phone charging stands next to comfy chairs. TV or magazines to read. Service rep explained all before paying - both right in waiting area. Washed and warm car waiting indoors for me to drive off. Very professional.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Got a great deal on a 2017 outback. Worked with Nick in sales, but everyone I met there was super nice and welcoming. Never felt pressured or like they were babysitting me. Tons of cars to choose from, and they also gave me a higher appraisal on my sunk cost trade in than two previous dealers. When it comes time to get another car, I'll definitely make the trek back from Michigan to do business with this team. A+

He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and made sure to walk me through all of the vehicle's features both during the test drive and after purchase. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed, but it was also quick compared to my experiences with other dealerships (a good thing!) I didn't feel like any of the "extras" were being pushed on me. I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

It was an excellent experience. They treat you great from the moment you walk in the door. Gabriel,Josh, and the sales manager could not of been any more accommodating!! Would recommend this dealership to others, and would definitely purchase here again!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling my appointment through the Subaru app was easy and time options were convenient. Stayed during the service in the comfortable waiting room with WiFi. They finished in about 90 minutes and all of the staff I worked with were courteous, kind, and happy to answer my questions.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

My salesman, Jeremy, found me the truck I wanted and was able to get me into the payment range I needed. I never once felt pressured and the atmosphere & experience in general was relaxing and fun. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

An outstanding group of people to work with. They are professional, and helpful in every way possible. I had the 100,000mi service plus a couple other fixes that needed to be done, and they had me in the service bay within a week, and it only took a couple of days for everything to be done (the plus was what took extra). 3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. ust bought a new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Knapp Motors! What a great place to buy a vehicle from! they helped me get the truck I wanted and they went out of their way to find the exact one. Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

Efficient but no internet access which i was trying to get some work done on laptop. Went to parts desk to get touch up paint. He could not locate vin number to order. Initially thought service has not inputed but went back 3 times. He could have walked out to get vin number. No extra effort to help customer?? Brought 2 toyotas car in for aervice on same day yesterday but different person each time. The old days where personalized and saw same person are gone felt more assembly like than in past. Trend of future they seemed stressed. Never got the touch up paint!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.
