New and used 2025 Alfa Romeo Stelvio for sale near Naugatuck, CT

My wife and I were in the market for an affordable/safe first car for our daughter. When I saw a car we were interested in that was within our budget at an Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership I was dubious. We set up an appointment and met with Tyler. We were a bit intimidated when we walked in and saw the tiny little Chevy Sonic parked among all those high end vehicles. From the first second we walked in we were treated as if we were there to buy a $100,000 car instead of the 6k one. The entire staff there is great and made the nerve racking process of buying a pre owned car a fun one. They alieved all of our concerns and even insisted on fixing an issue we found with the vehicle. We would recommend this dealership to anyone no matter what their budget. Side note. While signing the papers the owner of the dealership came and sat down to thank us for our business. Thats better customer service than when I bought 40k cars. Well done.

I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car?s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that ?A third party company is taking care of it?. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it?s normal. Here?s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car?s title & mailed a copy for their record.

As a recent college graduate, I worked with Ty on the purchase of my first car: a certified used 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack. Now several months since purchase, I continue to be very happy with this car. Ty Curry and everyone at Valenti provided the highest level of service and attention. Let me first start off by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ever. I called late on a Saturday right before they were closing. I spoke to Angel and Rob who were as professional as they come. We came to a deal within 30 mins. I texted all of my information and the deal was done. Since I live about 3 hours away I said I could come next weekend to pick it up. Throughout the week there was constant communication from Rob making sure everything was set for when I came in. Next Saturday rolled around and I was instantly greeted in the parking lot by Rob and Reese. They immediately looked over my trade in, took pictures and took me inside to see my new car. It was freshly detailed and ready for a test drive to make sure everything was in order. I took the car for a quick spin and came back to the dealership. Brian had all of my paper work ready for the finance portion. We went over the rate, the terms, my trade in value in full detail. Brian was very thorough and went over everything. I might add that there were no hidden fees, no additional charges, no surprises. The deal that was given over the phone was the deal that was promised. Even the value of my trade in was honored. When discussing add ons and warranties Brian wasn’t pushy or relentless like other experiences I’ve had buying previous vehicles elsewhere. I ultimately ended up sticking with the certified preowned program and signed the paperwork. That was it. I was the new owner of a 2022 Stelvio. Rob and Reese took hooked my phone up and went through all of the settings and modes the vehicle had to offer. I left the dealership within 2 hours. Anyone that has ever bought a car knows that’s insane. And before we left Rob mentioned that someone had called the next day that they were open and wanted to buy the car. They could have tried to sell it to someone for a few extra bucks but they kept their word. Which was really appreciated. My dad was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty from everyone involved that he’s now in the market for a Stelvio. And we will be back to Todd Alfa to make another purchase.
