I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The car was plug in, so should be charged battery before my appointment. Thank you.

Excellent Experience with Chase and David ! My wife and I have been looking at purchasing a new SUV with three rows for our travel and when our grandchildren are visiting. We looked at 4 other brands and test drove just a few of them. Our friends have a two row Grand Cherokee and another a Grand Wagoneer and they spoke very highly of them. As a result we started our search into the Jeep and was pleasantly surprised that the Grand Cherokee had a limited edition with 3 rows. We connected with Chase Firestone a Manager at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and that started the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Chase along with David Meeks a sales associate provided us with a test drive on our first visit. First we drove the Limited and then the Overland and David came along with us and did a great job in communicating the features along with how Jeep up their game with the three rows and trims. We never felt pressured by Chase or David, in fact the opposite as it was a relaxing environment and communication. We were both pleasantly surprised by how much we liked them and were leaning towards the GC Limited. With that, we wanted more time to test drive and inspect it more thoroughly. Next day they set us up with a plate and ability to test drive by ourselves and we made our decision to go with the GC Limited. The next step in working on price etc. was as my wife said, "one of the most relaxed and pleasant experience we've had in buying a car". Both Chase and David were professional, personable and so easy going to work with and New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are fortunate to have both on their team. Service advisor Cameron did an outstanding job! I have had at least 4 Dodge service advisors over the years, and Cameron is by far the best that I've had. He kept me in the loop at every stage. He even tried to help with an extended warranty issue that I had. (Turns out that the 7 year 75k mile warranty that I purchased in 2019 expired in 2023 even though my car has less than 65k miles on it.) I had the water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt replaced. All of these repairs were done in an exceptional manner. HOWEVER, I was told that I needed to replace both Lower Control Arms and both Tension Struts. I declined to have those repairs done. When I got back home, I took my car to my local mechanic, whom I have been going to for years, to look at the arms and struts. He informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with either. I cannot understand why I was told those repairs were needed. The next question asks if I would recommend this dealer to a friend. My answer is yes AS LONG AS you know exactly what repairs are needed. I would recommend this dealership and would strongly recommend that the person asks for Cameron to be their Service Advisor. I cannot sing his praises enough!

Crown euro is a professional dealership. The only place I would take my Mercedes to. My service advisor Andrew Mrasz is the greatest advisor to work with. He’s professional courteous and always keeps you updated on your vehicle. I will deal with nobody, but Andrew I enjoy bringing my car to Crown Euro.

I have had this vehicle for 4 years and couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy it. It drives great, more like a sports car which I have owned. It’s been extremely reliable with no expenses other than maintenance thus far and it looks great. Best looking SUV out there.

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!
