I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. I had never purchased a vehicle - site unseen / over the phone - but I did with Omar’s and it was a fabulous experience! Omar and Dave were so thorough, honest and trusting. After a FaceTime video of the car, I wired the money and the deal was final. It was so quick and easy. Omar delivered the car, next day as I was approximately 2 hours from Augusta! Everything was what they told me over the phone. I had a very minor concern after the delivery and when Dave texted that evening to see if I was satisfied, I shared the concern and he immediately accommodated me. BLUF: I've decided she's a keeper! I've always wanted a Double RR, but was leasing a '16 Grand Cherokee. Anyways after taking a financial planning course I decided not to renew my lease and purchase my 2009 Range Rover Sport HSE with 111k/mls cash for $9,500. I was VERY impressed when the guy (that I found on OfferUp) rolled up...I was smiling from ear to ear! I love it and I've gotten a hand full of compliments since (I mean a lot less than the newer Jeep) but I think that is about to change. Around my 1-year mark I decided to fully commit to the vehicle. And as a man who struggles with commitments, that is saying a lot. To prove it, I decided to have her repainted to my 'dream' car color! Anyways, some of the things that influenced this decision was... Mine has that Logic sound system, which is extremely impressive....I'm probably still going to upgrade the audio anyways. Oh but it only has blue tooth for the phone, not music, so I ended up getting a bluetooth adapter wire ran that has to connect to the rear Aux Port ($150). As for flaws, the first and obvious if you are researching this vehicle's issues, is the fact that the Air Suspension sucks...I'd imagine it's like driving an 18-wheeler in Sports Mode. Mine has been stuck in 'normal-drive-only-mode' since I bought it...but if I manage to ignore the light and occasional beep, I'll survive. The non-dealership mechanic said the airbags needed to be replaced (>$1k) but from what I understand, most people just replace the whole system with springs at some point anyways. The Tire Sensor light is also always on (even after I've had the sensors for the individual tires checked...spare is still questionable if there is one in there or not) so I ignore that light as well. Anyways it's 2347 and Murder She Wrote has been off for hours....time for bed! Positives - Classic Range Rover look - I fit in it (I'm tall...6'4) - Plenty of space in back for the dogs - Sunroof - Sound System - Plenty of YouTube Repair Videos - Misc. Options/Buttons galore! Negatives - Suspension - Thermostat ($40 replaced myself) - Starter ($800) - Battery ($180) - Paint Job ($1000 MAACO "Special" - there was a lot of CA sun damage....plus I wanted to change the color!)

The Duo I spoke with over the phone was very kind and listen to what I had to say unfortunately he did not have the vehicle I was interested in nor could he help me with any other vehicle I think him for time I'm on a strict budget and I could not afford any of the other trucks.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Kevin is a great guy to buy a car from. This is a family owned business that specializes in quality, low millage vehicles that look spotless and run great. He was extremely honest and upfront about any issues that he knew about with his cars (there weren't many), and he made the car buying experience easy. We ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Sentra with only 30k miles, and the car looks great and runs well. I would definitely go back to him again when I am looking for another car, and would recommend him to anyone.

My Honda Accord is going to be one of my favorite cars. It is very reliable and spacious. Ever since I purchased it it never gave me problems.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

Still have the 2008 Jeep Compass that we purchased from Omar's a few years ago. The car still runs great, and we purchased it for a very reasonable price. I definitely highly recommend Omar's for a great selection of used vehicles for every budget.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Dave is one of the nicest car sales people I have ever spoken to. He is old school and does not push you on how great HE IS. Will probably visit him again and make a buy, things just work for me to purchase the vehicle I looked at.

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

Very friendly service. Drove from Alabama and they had everything ready. Even wanted us to drive the car to make sure it's what we wanted and that everything was OK. It was a used car.

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

My son owns a FIAT 500L, and I fell in love with his car. Door tags show that the FIAT was made in Serbia. Accordingly, the FIAT reflects an iconic European nuance; I love the front side windows extending from the front windshield, which increases driving visibility. The FIAT 500L is compact and fully loaded with every service within easy reach. The FIAT is fun to drive, stops on a dime, has great gas mileage, and allows tight maneuvering. Driving is relaxing and soothes my soul, which reiterates that you chose the right car. If I'm having a bad day, I swipe my son's car and take a spin; better than any therapist and a lot cheaper. I've had many cars in my lifetime, but I never loved a car more than the FIAT. In fact, my goal is to eventually collect several FIATS, which I am currently in the process of doing.

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

Personally, I had a great experience at the dealership. I wasn't looking to make a purchase that day, but after speaking with my parents I didn't have a real reason to wait. There was a little bit of a wait which we didn't mind especially after being able to work with Mr. Jeff Williams. He was very knowledgeable, he asked me what I had in mind, and if I was looking for any specific features. I did inform Mr. Williams, and he pointed me to the right direction. I highly recommend asking to work with him if possible.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!
