My wife and I abhor the process of dealing with car salespeople. From the moment we drove into the dealership the 'feel' was instantly different. Our first encounter was with Mario (not even a salesperson). He told us the salesman we were to meet was delivering another car for a customer, so it would be a while before we met him. He then very kindly ushered us to the car of our interest and simply said, "Please, have a seat in the car, enjoy it and I'll try to answer any questions you may have." No pressure, no worries.
Next in line was Paul (our salesperson, Blake was still not available yet), a salesperson. He also was very attentive and retrieved the key and took me for a test drive. Again, no pressure....just helpful, helpful, helpful. Finally, we met Blake and the process continued be be nothing but exceptional in every respect. We did not expect to buy the car that day however, the process (and of course the exquisite car) was so comfortable, natural and easy, we bought our V12s.
Kudos, kudos, kudos to a real team at Motorcars of Georgia. Thank you Blake, Paul and Mario.

Todd Kessler is a top notch salesman and made my leasing experience at Galpin for my 2018 Lincoln MKZ a pleasure. I was originally concerned about negotiating long distance by phone and email (Las Vegas to Van Nuys) but my concerns never materialized. The process went better than others I had had done face to face for prior cars. I was treated respectfully and courteously at all times and I felt comfortable from the very beginning. I was not just "another statistic". I felt like I was a valued customer and I thank Todd and all the others that were involved in my lease for creating that feeling.

One little scare when we arrived, the computer outside in the service area did not have our appointment listed. But they brought us to Christopher's desk and he had it listed. They got us set up with a loaner so we could make our 10:30 appointment. Chris texted us when the car was done and answered a few questions about what was done We also worked with a younger man in parts about some touch up paint and a cargo mat. We saw the Cargo Mat on line for considerably less. He worked with someone and got the price within $20 so we bought it. The touch up paint was an exorbitant amount $40, but my husband didn't want to chance getting the wrong color. I personally would have tried on line. How many whites can there be?? Anyway, overall good experience with everyone.
