Had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned Bentley. Car was exactly as represented. Bought based on photos and largely over the phone. When we got there, could not have been happier with the quality. There were some concerns originally based a few of the pictures, but Javier patiently hung in there and put us at ease. So glad he did! Ecstatic with the purchase. And financing was great and smooth too!

Great car excellent value used at $90,000. Beautiful car very alive in back roads and made with a lot of Mercedes parts so more reliable then they used to be.

Absolutely excellent car. When I set out to buy a new sports car, I had three cars on my list. They were the Vantage, 911, and AMG GT-C. The 911 is a great car but you see one at every stoplight. AMG GT I found to be an odd looking car and has a very stiff ride. The Vantage shares the same engine as the AMG but offers a much better ride, and pretty much an equal in performance and in my opinion looks much better. If you are looking for a comfortable sports car that is reliable, good looking and best of all a bargain in the second hand market, add the Vantage to your list.

Although I did not purchase a car yet, they were very accommodating. Communication was great and friendly.

Purchased the car new in 2919. Three years in and it’s still an amazing drive. Have a 2021 911, 2017 M3 and a 2016 Cayman GT4. All great cars but the Vantage is the bomb. Had the CPU upgraded and new down pipes. The M177 engine has multiple upgrades and took advantage of all. Floored the car takes off but even with nanny control the back end cab take veer out of control. Lots of fun!

The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. Grace, pace & space. No the DBS isn’t a Jaagg but it’s surely beautiful like an E Type. The newest DBS is leaps and bounds more sophisticated than the prior generation. The new 5.2 liter V12 may not sound as good as the old 6 liter but makes up for the lack of rasp with loads of torque. Liken it to a early 90s supercharged Vantage, it’s a real muscle car. Back seats are somehow even smaller than a 911s and the ride while being very well damped is still a bit harsh for this sort of GT car. Don’t compare it a F car, the 812 is far less comfortable though even more driver focused.

Joe has done a great job answering all of my questions about details of the car. Hopefully I will be purchasing a car for myself in the next few weeks.

Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it.  Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. A beautifully designed and very powerful car. Everywhere you go, people will stop to look and take photos. If you don't like being the centre of attention - don't buy this car! The engine sound is just wonderful. Every start-up brings a smile to my face. The torque it provides is awesome - great acceleration at any speed and in any gear.

Charlie was great answered all my questions. We never got to the point of discussing financing.
