The dealership was very responsive regarding a vehicle that I found on cars.com. In the end, I purchased a different vehicle also found on cars.com, same make and model, just one year newer. Experience started off a little rough when I initially reached out for a car I was interested in. No flexibility on the price so I waited it out until the priced dropped incrementally from not being sold. Rich in Finance is amazing and was able to get everything squared away with the utmost professionalism. I also appreciate Ken picking me up from the airport after I flew down for pickup. Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car.
