I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

I always feel nervous getting My car serviced as a woman. Not here. I was kept updated on my vehicle, everyone was friendly. Answered my questions, it had that small town feel. I will definitely make the drive up here again. It was worth it! I’ll be in the market for a new vehicle soon and I will Most definitely come here.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

This is the 2 nd TC I have owned, I had a great experience with my 2006 it has over 240k miles on it and I just replaced the clutch on it I've had NO other problems . So I bought a newer one. It's a 2015, Ipaid top dollar for it from a used car lot they bought it at an auction. The day after I bought it it started making loud noises and it has been diagnosed with a bad throw out bearing..I bought the car as is and nobody is going to take the responsibility financially or otherwise so I'm really not happy with the situation . However the car has only 60000 miles and I hope it will be the one and only problem that needs fixed. Because of the reliability of my first one I'm counting on it. The car is fun to drive handles excellent, has the cool look of a sports car and gets 25+ miles to the gallon. It has spacious comfort in the cab too , front and back . I will say it's a fun car to drive but only if you have the manual transmission.

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

I got my 2014 Kia cadenza about a year ago. I loved the car. Honestly would say the best car I’ve ever owned, I got rid of my cadenza from all the issues it was having, I’m not sure if I just got a lemon of a car but it was terrible. I went through strut issues. Oil leaks, my brakes still grind and make noises after i replaced them. I mean over months they still made noise. Also has coupler issues. The pros of this car are absolutely amazing You get a premium sound system which sounds really good. One of the best sound systems I’ve heard. You get really comfortable seats. My back almost never got sore. Riding on the highway is the best thing about the car. It drives so smooth and quick. I really loved this car tell I started having serious issues and decided it would be better to sell than to keep putting money into it. But if you are looking for a reliable car. This definitely isn’t the one because gas sucks on this thing. But that makes up the amazing powerful engine this cadenza comes with.

The store is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly and attentive. Homer is knowledgeable and fantastic, he provides good service to his client.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

2012 Best truck ever made! But it used with alittle over 30k , Just reached 400K ( 397,899 ) Powerful V8 363 HP ! Got it out on open road with a max speed of 152 MPH She flew like a bat out of xxxx! Nissan was stupid to change this model!!

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.
