I’ve owned this car for about a year and a half and I love everything about it very comfortable ride in with the Quattro all wheel drive it’s amazing in the snow the 2.0 turbo is plenty of power and it’s amazing on gas definitely recommend this car

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

I didn't however get a heads up about an Auto Chicago charge on top of the asking price price for the car. (899) So that does bug me a little. I have bought two new cars from this location over the past six years. First a 2019 Q8, then a 2023 SQ8. As far as the buying process goes, I was quite happy. It didn?t take hours to come to an agreement on pricing, none of the annoying back and forth between sales person and sales manager and finance manager. I have walked out of places years past because of that. I don?t want to deal with six people to get a price on a car. They also don?t give me a hard time about not financing. I normally just pay cash for my cars. I also never felt like I was treated differently because I was a woman buying a car on my own. Mercedes one time asked if I needed to check with my husband first. I left. So Audi Westmont is an amazing place to purchase a car. I also get all my service done at this location. I like to have everything done at one place so if there is ever an issue all my records are right there. The good news is, I have NEVER had an issue here. And every single service person I have dealt with there has been amazing. They?re all knowledgeable, and if there is something they can?t immediately answer, they have had an answer in a matter of minutes. My last advisor, Elena, was the nicest woman to deal with. She made this visit extra enjoyable. So polite, and gave me a realistic timeline as to when my vehicle would be done. And it was done right at the earliest end of the timeline. I couldn?t ask for anything more. I also enjoy watching the videos the technicians record about each vehicle when it?s up on the lift. It?s fun to see what the underside of the car looks like. I know that?s just the nerd in me, but whatever. Altogether, this dealership is probably my favorite out of all the others I have purchased cars from. That includes BMW, Mercedes, Acura, and a few more I can?t remember. Had quite a few cars over the years. But as long as Audi Westmont stays with this level of outstanding service, I think I will be driving an Audi until the state tells me I?m too old to drive!

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.
