We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

They were nice enough and willing to deal some. They told me that they were going to mail me some touch up paint but I have not seen it?? They did have the windshield replaced like the said they would.

I live in Barrington, IL and as with many other places, we have several Ford dealerships in the area to choose from. I went to my local dealer, Wickstrom Ford, first and I never had a need to try working with a different dealership. I had a good idea what I wanted when ordering my 2025 Big Bend Bronco with a manual transmission, but there were other features I wasn't sure about and the team at Wickstrom was helpful to make my final decision. Everything was easy with Wickstrom (and I have had problems with other dealerships in the past). The pricing and terms were clear. They did not put extra equipment on the vehicle which other dealerships do and try to force me to pay for it. In transit from the factory, the windshield was cracked by a rock chip. The team at Wickstrom replaced it with an OEM windshield and made everything right. I am extremely happy with my Bronco and the service I got at Wickstrom. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great wheels with superb value. Used with Titanium package, clean lines and great interior. My daughter loves it and it gets great gas milage with solid power.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

Bought this car in front wheel drive convertible option and with just 55,000 miles. Love the performance and it gets great gas mileage of about 30 on the highway and mid-20s around town. Bought it in 2019 and hopefully it lasts until 2029!

This is a very nice car. It drive smoothly. Tires are nearly new. Oil has recently been changed. The car interior color is amazing. Seats have heating and are leather.

This car has all new parts isntalled on it and is a very reliable and comfortable car! A lot of fun to drive around town.

So spacious. This is the only car I have ever owned that has allowed the option for THAT MUCH driver leg room. It feels a bit heavy around turns compared to my civic si coupe (as it should) but the Quattro really makes you feel super planted around all turns. Snow? Lol... unless we’re talking a three foot depth this car has no issues. Turbo charger... uhhh yeah! Love it (even as an adult) with the 7 speed dual clutch trans its not hard to keep this car outside of the boost range and receive rediculous fuel consumption ratios but if you want... take it to 3000 rpm or greater and you will feel that rush from the boost. What a fun and practical car. I think I’ll buy another! :)

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. The Audi A4 is a very comfortable luxury sedan that accelerates quickly and rides smoothly on highways and backroads. It has very good design and technology features. It is an excellent choice, unless you also want a thrilling car to drive. It tends to smoothly glide on the highway rather than carving a turn and tenaciously sticking to the road. Overall it is a great car but if you want also a driver’s car try the Audi S4.

comfortable car with a 1.8 turbo engine, spacious car for those who like comfort.The parts take a while to break however the maintenance is very expensive.
