I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism following my inquiry on a listed car. Though ultimately, it didn't match my needs, they worked with me in my search and were very responsive to additional questions/requests.

Danya was able to work with me via email and phone, and now I am a proud owner of a new 2017 Audi. Back story: I met Michael at another Porsche dealership years ago when I was looking for my first P-car. Always wanted a 911 stick.. but feeling my enthusiasm for driving, Michael gave me the keys to Boxster S - both PDK and manual and let my wife and I take it for a drive while he watched my then 7 year old (let the parenting criticisms begin.) Needless to say, I was sold on that car. Mid engine rotation... PDK banging shifts... Sublime... I digress... Long story short. I was introduced to the track and now need a tow vehicle for the Boxster. Michael had since changed dealerships to Warrington Sloane Porsche. So I tracked him down. He sourced me a 2017 CPO Cayenne S with extremely low miles as a suitable specimen. The car is mint. Perfect. I needed not run around on a wild goose chase - Michael took care of me getting the right car the right price. He gave me a great deal and above all, spent the time to create a lasting relationship. Just like he did years ago. He's not in it for the kill. He takes his time. He does customer service right - the way it should be - by building long term relationships to a top notch luxury brand. Ultimately satisfied. Walked in with the intention of getting my car serviced for a standard service. Mr. Cappuchi was able to adequately secure my information in a timely manner and provide myself with an estimated time frame of completion (2 hours). Great to know that the time frame was accurate/precise as it was completed in just 5 minutes less than the estimated 120 minutes. Only improvement would be to inform the customer of what the paperwork is that they are signing; not having them have to ask. Disappointed I could not get a 'loaner car' as I did not know I needed an appointment for such. The other location failed to inform me of such....but a learning process non-the-less..

My wife and I went to Audi of Chantilly for the first time last year in April 2017. We were looking to replace her old car since it was over 10+ years old.
When we went to Audi of Chantilly, we met Mark Cooper but he was about to leave. He offered to show us a car and let us play with it. He just asked us to play with the car as much as we wanted and only to lock up when were were done! We also made an appointment to come back the next day for a test drive.
When we met Mark the next day, he took us to a small road behind the dealer and let us really get the feel of the car. My wife and I took turn and we spent several hours with Mark test driving 3 or 4 cars. Mark was so patient with us and never once push us to buy. When we were done, we were really impress with the cars but we told Mark that since we were still shopping around, we could not make a decision just yet. Mark was okay with that. Turned out, we were not quite ready to purchase and so we did not return until over a year later. During that time, Mark never call or sent e-mails pushing us to go back to make a purchase.
Finally after over a year, we were ready to purchase and saw a car that we like. We reached out to Mark who happened to be out of the country for vacation. He replied back to us and offered to see us as soon as we got back. We went back to the dealer a few days later and met with Mark. He was as nice as he was. Did not give us any pressure. We took another test drive and when we came back, we talked a little bit and he offered to show us what we would be paying. Again, no pressure or pushy sales what-so-ever. We really liked what we saw and agreed to purchase. It was as simple as that!
We then worked with Imad Alkadi on the finance. Imad was also wonderful and did not try to sell us anything we did not want. The total purchase was as simple and as pleasant as it could be.
In all, we were really, really happy with our purchase at Audi of Chantilly. Our salesperson, Mark Cooper was extremely knowledgeable, patient and straight forward. Our finance manager Imad was also excellent. They both made us feel very comfortable and at ease. If I were to buy another Audi, this is the place I would certainly go back to first. I was a cash buyer but had kind of a hard ???unicorn??? hunt after trips to every Nissan dealer in 50 miles of metro Detroit I was encountering no one who wanted to help me track down the specific/make/model & trim package my husband wanted (which I wanted to surprise gift him) absolutely everyone else sales people/dealership GM???s extra just wanted me to take what they had in stock that the wanted to sell finally in frustration I went online & asked my contact list if anyone had a contact that could actually try to get one of 3 cars I???d indentified at out of state dealerships ??? a former owner of a Nissan dealership himself pointed me to Brian & his associate Scott. I emailed telling them my disappointments in locating this vehicle & they said come on in & let???s try to make this surprise gift happen. I was so grateful I was will to accept anything treatment-wise ??? so imagine my surprise & happinesses to arrive at a modern, clean well maintained dealership & be graciously helped by everyone one (3 other sales people who didn???t try to sell me anything but directed me to Brian, got me seated & with a cold beverage while he finished with another customer. Scotte came & met me & tracked the VIN #???s I had, the GM came over to be introduced & a charming salesman Christopher talked cars with me while the other out of state dealership managers were contacted to be negotiated with. To say it was my very best dealership experience in 50 years is to under sell the difference between Brian & his team and the 8 dealerships I went to. I would recommend Brian, Scotte & Chris highly but absolutely everyone I encountered I would be willing to work with in the future. So if you hate how other dealerships treat you when you try to buy what you want & give them you hard earned money then you should definitely come here where they understand who is the customer; ai???m a Realtor so I appreciate great customer aervice! (Oh & I should mention, I didn???t realize it was month end the day I was in & still no one acted like the couldn???t be bothered because my deal wouldn???t be closed by end of day; no one said or acted like ???come back later???.).
Just outstanding.... In my search for a '17 I have contacted and/or talked to dozens of Porsche Authorized Dealers. A few didn't reply, most were only interested in how much I would pay for their car, and a few were really interested in earning my business. The Sales Advisor at Germain (Ann Arbor) Porsche who answered my inquiry was Jay Douglas--I asked him a dozen questions over 4 or 5 email inquiries and each and every time his reply was almost instant, always thorough, and his replies never made me feel like I was imposing on his time. I like that. Over the next day or so we locked down all the details (including an outstanding discount AND the agreed upon value my 57,000-mile Trade-In.) Then the next morning on just a hand-shake via email, I felt confident enough to drive the 4-plus hours (Chicago to Ann Arbor.) When I got there Jay transacted the deal exactly as agreed--no surprises and no disappointments. Jay had the car set up as much as he could before I arrived, and as soon as I said "looks great," he transferred all my items (plates, iPass, etc) from my old car, paired my phone, and installed and turned on the Porsche Car Connect App for me. The Finance Director wasn't pushy, and that process was quick too. Less than 90 minutes after arriving, I was driving my new Porsche back home to Chicago--it was a lot more fun than driving there :) Girls / Guys if you want to buy a Porsche, give Jay at Germain (Ann Arbor) Porsche a try...I've no doubt you will be very happy.
Dropped off the car for the air bag recall just after 7:30, got a ride to work from super-friendly Bill in a new Q5. At 10, received a text with a link to a video and report from the tech, explaining what they???d done so far. Nice touch! Got a call that the service was complete at 12:45. Bill picked me up at 1:15 and I was driving away with a newly washed car by 1:45! Quick and efficient.
I have taken my 2012 VW Jetta here for service since I moved to Daphne, AL in 2013. From scheduling the appointment to getting the work completed, it is always easy. Dennis Healy, Brand Ambassador, is professional, courteous and on the money with the estimate of time to complete the service and the cost. They have never tried to up sell me any additional services. My car is always clean after the service. They also have kiosk work stations and a very clean, comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and popcorn. There is another VW dealer closer to me but it is worth the extra 15 minute drive for the outstanding customer service.
My experience with online buying has been solidified; I will always use this as my #1 shopping method. My car buying experience was outstanding because of the incredible customer service of Todd Smith (Audi Swanee Mission Salesman) Todd was engaging from the moment he answered my sales call. He wanted to understand my requests and how he could facilitate my desire.
I was a very demanding customer and with 2 weeks of negotiating without a commitment it didn't deter Todd; he continued being just as committed to serving my needs. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a decision to buy, Todd suffered an unexpected
emergency but during a critical moment in his life he gave thought to me by passing my case to his Sales Manager (Taz Good) who continued with the same, non-pressure and outstanding customer service. I agreed to buy the vehicle and Taz found me a better interest rate than my 20 year credit union.
Well, the buying experience was done but I needed the expensive Audi A8L that I purchased 'sight unseen' to be shipped. Todd and Taz made the connection that ensured my vehicle was shipped in a timely manner and it was.
The Audi Swanee Mission team is outstanding and if I am ever in Kansas that will be one of my first stops. This is an outstanding team.

I was having a problem with my Audi Connect, and after speaking with numerous people over the phone (who could not seem to understand what was wrong with the system), I decided to head over to the DFW Audi dealership. I spoke with Ruby Rodriguez, the Tech Specialist. Not only was Ruby extremely friendly, she was also very eager to help in any way that she could. After taking the time with me to walk through every step of the set-up process, we also were unsuccessful in getting the system to work. I mentioned to her that the Audi Connect technical support team was sending me a new SIM card, and I should receive it that following Friday. Ruby right away mentioned to me, that as soon as I receive the new card, to come back to dealership and she would set this one up from the start. Once I received the card, I came back to the dealership, and just as Ruby mentioned, she walked through all of the steps that she normally would to set up an Audi Connect account. Unfortunately, it still did not work. Ruby never got frustrated, but instead became more inquisitive. Her persistence eventually got us to someone on the Audi Connect dealer support team, who was able get everything to work perfectly!!! I do not think I have ever received customer service like this before! Thank you Ruby and thank you DFW Audi for the way you treat your customers! It truly makes a difference!

Once I decided on the Audi model, features and color I wanted, my sales rep, Bob Donovan, helped to streamline the entire process. From decision to keys in my hand took less than a day! The service was top notch and seamless all the way through. I could not be happier with my purchase.
Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.
