I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. I truly couldn't ask for more from any business or individual. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!
